Yahoo! Keep it up! I wore my new bikini for the first time this weekend. Granted there was no one around the pool except my parents. I still felt self conscious when I got out of the pool. When I lay down, my stomach is flat but when I stand up, the skin droops so I just spent all my time laying on a floatie in the pool tanning. my mom tells me it WILL go back to normal, but I'm not convinced. I've considered a tummy tuck, but I hope to have at least 2 kids, so it would seem to be a waste of money lol

Pounds and Inches DR. S. says you can eliminate any food you want but not to eat any that aren't on protocol.So actually you aren't rouge at all
Myself no more than we get I am not eliminating anything However I don't eat the Melbas.
Also you can do a planned interutption and eat PH3 while away. I did it for 2 weeks and then went right back to VLC. Today was my last dose. So I go to PH3 Friday

Well you're doing better than I did. I never cheated once and I usually ate around 420 calories. Some days more in the 480 range b/c I ate fruit 2x a day. (two different ones) Not that I did bad, 18lbs in 22 days isn't bad, espeically since TOM was in there, but I wish I had results as good as yours. How much longer are you doing R2 Kayla?

As for tomorrow, I think I'd be more concerned with the oil they cook the chicken in than the sugar. But you have to do what you have to do so make the best choice you can. Maybe bring along an apple or orange or something too so if you feel hungry you have that in your bag.

I feel like poo.

Saturday I forgot to take my injection, wound up taking it late, Sunday I woke up feeling really awful from allergies and maybe a cold, so I went to acupuncture.....today i woke up and felt even worse, so I stayed home from work and have been sleeping all day... I feel a lil better... tomorrow is vlcd 1... going back to bed now. wish me luck beating whatever this is, It has to be gone by tomorrow.

Ahh, I completely forgot about being able to eliminate. I always kinda told myself that by not eating 2 fruits, 2 veggies, 2 proteins, and 2 grains that I was being rogue!

I'll still take my injection during the PI right?

You still did REALLY wonderfully! Sounds like quite the successful round!

I truly am stunned that I've stayed steady this whole time, I have perpetual bad luck and figured something would go wrong, but I am just so thrilled. One of my best guy friends saw me and immediately went "WOW you look so fit!" and that's when it sunk in that I really have changed!
I'll be injecting for 5 more days, so 8 days total left in P2. So ready for P3, simple things like butter, cream, and SALMON AND PORK seem like such luxuries now.

We have 3 restaurant options, one of which I really like because they have gluten free options and healthy grilled low fat plates, but my mother isn't too keen on the prices. Her top pick is hooters, which worries me because nearly everything there is fried! Sure I could just eat some chicken and get a salad but surely the sauces are full of fat!!

I will be totally okay with a stall on the scale but I would be pretty upset to see a gain after I've made such progress.

Sorry a senior moment there All these abbreviations get me so mixed up! I can't remember them all either

I dosed one morning then 3 days VLC before my PI then just continued on PH2 when I was finished with the PI.

Lara I hope you feel better. I myself picked up a little cold. I think it was from the night at the tavern. It amazed me that with eating healthy, taking vitamins and all that I would catch a cold. I haven't had one in many years. I hope you bounce back soon. btw how did you get so smart? I mean all your answers are spot on.

Berta I like your joke and I'm going to use it. How are things going with DH?

VLCD2 and I released 2.8 & did some elliptical and sauna time this morning. The first few days' releases are SO much fun!!! I am also trying to quit smoking cigarettes, my poor family....lol!

I will be (Or should be)way under my LDW of 244.4 Right now I am 3lbs under LDW unbelieveable

So nice to see your beautiful face again! How are your kiddos doing? I am still struggling away... it is a long journey.But I am so happy I have found something that actually works. It isn't always easy, but boy it is worth the struggle.
I am on R2Ph2 until Friday then R2PH3 so I certainly am looking forward to that

WOWZA!!! -2.6 is AWESOME 3 lbs. under, seriously? What are you doing? Do tell...we'll drag it out of ya!!!! That sure does give you a nice cushion

I STS yesterday, and up +.4 today...but yesterday & today is TOM...so I should see a drop the following day...prolly not tomorrow. My TOM's are only 48 hours and I do not gain bad while on them, and usually have a good drop afterwards...so not so bad for me...thank goodness...the women in our family are so BLESSED w/ lighter than normal TOM's.

So far...I have dropped 76 lbs. (about 9 lbs. before hHCG), and I am now definitely seeing it. EVERYONE who sees me is noticing. Even my problem belly is shrinking & becoming less & less "squishy"...especially when I wear SHAPEWEAR undies under my clothes. I was given a wrap dress from a friend and I figured that it would be a while before I could even begin to wear it...OMGoodness...it totally looks fabulous!!!! I woulda worn it to church Sunday, but didn't have the right shoes to wear...it is navy blue. When I wear it...I will take some pics & post them...I promise. I'm gonna dig some pics up this weekend to show some before-before pics (when I was 411 lbs.)...then some at around 280 when I started again.

I am amazed that I am LESS than 10 lbs. from ONEDERLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Still high for some, but it's less than half of what I USED to be. Gonna take a break P3/P4...then continue to lose...hopefully to 175...I will judge how I feel...if I can get lower w/o struggling too bad...I may try 160-165...but just doesn't seem possible for me

Anyway...have a glorious day...keep on truckin'!!! So proud of ya!!!!

I STS yesterday, and up +.4 today...but yesterday & today is TOM...so I should see a drop the following day...prolly not tomorrow. My TOM's are only 48 hours and I do not gain bad while on them, and usually have a good drop afterwards...so not so bad for me...thank goodness...the women in our family are so BLESSED w/ lighter than normal TOM's.

So far...I have dropped 76 lbs. (about 9 lbs. before hHCG), and I am now definitely seeing it. EVERYONE who sees me is noticing. Even my problem belly is shrinking & becoming less & less "squishy"...especially when I wear SHAPEWEAR undies under my clothes. I was given a wrap dress from a friend and I figured that it would be a while before I could even begin to wear it...OMGoodness...it totally looks fabulous!!!! I woulda worn it to church Sunday, but didn't have the right shoes to wear...it is navy blue. When I wear it...I will take some pics & post them...I promise. I'm gonna dig some pics up this weekend to show some before-before pics (when I was 411 lbs.)...then some at around 280 when I started again.

I am amazed that I am LESS than 10 lbs. from ONEDERLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Still high for some, but it's less than half of what I USED to be. Gonna take a break P3/P4...then continue to lose...hopefully to 175...I will judge how I feel...if I can get lower w/o struggling too bad...I may try 160-165...but just doesn't seem possible for me

Anyway...have a glorious day...keep on truckin'!!! So proud of ya!!!!

(I pooped at last) YES I was full of it!!! Boy I do feel better. I didn't loose for like three-4 days so now I know why! I ate like six prunes yesterday(pitted ones) YES not protocol... but at that point I did not care

And look at you girlfriend 76 lbs gone WOW AMAZING CONGRATULATIONS

We are goning to be so hot when we are done we will have to carry a BIG stick

Looking forward to the photos too!!!!! I can not figure out how to get them on the posts here. I can get them on my photo file but not here???

hi ladies, i'm jumping on board for the P2 ride. I've been on P2 for 5 days. So I started Aug. 2nd. I'm following WLA hunger/full scale and the simeon's protocol for foods allowed. I don't know what I weigh cause I'm not weighing until this weekend. This is my first round with RXHCG injections. I'm loving it! much simpler, less to remember and hunger way under control. I'm determined to make my food interesting this round so I'm spicing things up, cooking more and trying all my options.

Ok so I stayed home sick again, and by 10am I was shaking so much and had to eat something, went to the doc who said I have a virus, been in bed all day drinking water taking vitamin c and a nasal spray.. I think I feel okay now... but the doc made me promise not to start the diet today.

That is so WEIRD about the fortune cookies! I've been debating loading for 3 days since I have good opportunity to load Friday too -- hmmm. I wouldn't worry, it just means you're gonna lose like 15 lbs your first week, hehehe.

welp, I'm back from my trip to aquarium of the pacific and I thought I did ok, but the scale currently says I gained 4 pounds. I'm gonna hope it's just one of those daily fluctuations and that it is NOT an actual 4 pound gain.

I had half a chicken spinach wrap with avocado and bacon, a few bits of spicy tuna sushi, and a couple bites out of my dad's clam chowder soup. And that's it. Water only of course... As far as normal days go that would have been quite a normal bit of food but my scale is saying BOOM +4 pounds!! Not to mention so much walking around, my muscles are so sore and probably retaining water.

Thank Goodness.. that wasn't too bad!

It only took 2 days to get back to pre-vacation weight. I was pretty worried about that 2.5 I put on.. whew!! I'm actually down 2.8!!

Still have a long way to go, tho-

Has anyone heard anything about "Triple Strength HCG". I don't want to mention the manufacturer- I got in trouble my first day here b/c someone thought I was trying to sell something. =(

It's specifically intended for round(s) 2 and up. It looks awesome- just wondered if anyone else has used it..

Here are the ingredients:

HCG 6X 3X USP 20% ALCOHOL FUCUS VES, CALCAREA CARBINICA, SPONGIA TOSTA, ddH2O, B12

Released .8 today. I got a whopping 3 hours of sleep. I had horrible toe, foot & even ankle cramps. I ate a pickle just a few minutes ago, so rogue of me!
