Ok if we are going to be here we might as well be honest. As you all know I am a biker and run with a rough crowd. I take full responsibility for my actions but last night I totally blew it. I had an unlimited amount of drinks and feel like cr@p right now. It is so much fun at the time but the next day is awful. I am really disappointed in myself and need to recommit. The weird thing is I lost .6lbs too. On a good note I finally met a nice lady. Her name is Ginger and she is very attractive and actually has a good job and rides a Harley.....to be continued.

Ps I absolutely hate hangovers. Why do I do such stupid things? Probably have a gain tomorrow.

Eddie....don't beat yourself up. We all screw up now and again....doesnt mean you are a failure. Failing would be giving up. Just accept your mistake, resolve not to do it again, and move one, back to protocol. You will be fine! Last round I cheated a LOT with alcohol (and cheese!).....I just felt like oh well, might as well have one more cheat, instead of truly getting back on the wagon. I still lost, but now this round I'm actually not cheating (though it's the hardest thing ever not to have my wine at night!), and there is a huge difference in weight loss. After 6 days, I've already lost almost 9 pounds.....that took me 14 days last time. So.....just want to encourage you to NOT cheat, but no judgment here....I know how stinking hard it is!

down to 138.5 today. Day 20 and still steadily losing. Slower than the first 2 weeks but at least the losses haven't stopped!

Good mornin' all, Well I don't get it I drink like a fish easily 1000+ calories and the day after I lose .6 and the next day another .6. Maybe I oughta drink more often No actually drinkin' stinks as you lose an entire day. I hate to admit it but I just don't bounce back like I used to.
Beautiful day in the Wisconsin Northwoods sittin' at 54 degrees this a.m.

So it is day 28 and I am down 21.2 lbs and people are noticing(chickees) maybe there is life after divorce. Love you gals.

Cool one day isn't bad... what did you drink? I'm curious cause I'm always wanting to go to the bar with my friends but worried that I will not loose... and from what people say supposedly you might loose the next day but stay the same after that for one day.... maybe your choices were good ones? On the other hand guys do loose faster.... anyhoo good job honey.

Lara I drank absolut vodka (70 calories a shot) and diet sierra mist(zero calories) with a twist of lemon. As far as that dude, dump him, he disrespected you. my 2 cents.

Had my first drink since starting last night- P3 Day two. I had 2 glasses of red wine. Hope I didn't screw anything up too bad. I haven't weighed since Thursday morning and I'm scared to face the scale!

down another .5 today. slow but steady. Only about a week left til P3.

already thinking about my first P3 meal. Pork, sauerkraut, and brussels sprouts. Also can't wait for an espresso with milk and sugar free syrup. I know small amounts of milk are on protocol but I haven't wanted to risk it.

No cheats at all, proud of myself, and with that knowledge it should be easy for me to make it through this last week. Woot!

I don't really drink much (anymore) however I do know that since my decision to become gluten and sugar free, if I do eat it, I feel absolutely DISGUSTING the next day, and sometimes even the next day too! It literally is like a hangover. I'm dehydrated, nauseous, have a horrible headache and everything is really loud.

That's why I looked at it as not only a diet, but a life-style change. I love when people ask me what I do when I eat a sandwich. Uhm... I DON'T EAT SANDWICHES!! lol

I'm glad to hear you didn't have a gain. There was a day where I ate a corn dog, a hot dog, a slushy and mini-donuts at the rodeo and lost a pound. Don't use that as an excuse though for next time. You could go up 3 next time!

i did an apple day yesterday just cause i was the same for 4 days. it was ok. not that great. i did lose .8 this morning but not sure how much i'm going to gain today since i will be resuming water.

i did a google search for apple days and it seems that half have luck with it where the other half do not. i guess we shall see

I did great with my eating this weekend, even though I went to an antique faire!! But I am up 1.0, which I think is because I got sunburned! OW! Here's hoping the pound comes off tomorrow and take some of it's friends with it!

Back from Vacation!

Welp- it was an awesome 10 days at the beach.. I needed that!

I tried to stick to protocol, but honestly, that lasted a whole day and a half. I decided it would be best to do an impromptu "planned interruption". I stopped my hhCG drops and ate (virtually) protocol for (almost) 48 hours. The rest of the week- I pretty much ate what I wanted within reason, drank a little too much, and had dessert twice.

I had a gain of about 2.5 pounds- really not bad at all! I truly believe that hhCG is actually resetting my metabolism; if I would have ate and drank like that before- I would have come back 10-15 pounds heavier and that's a conservative number.

Just wanted to pop in and say Hello- and let y'all know that I am back on protocol and will be going at least 23 more days. Then, onto P3 for a bit before my next round.

It's been pretty easy today, so far. Back on my drops and really have no hunger. I was petrified that my interruption would cause uncontrollable hunger once I resumed.. so, yay!!

I'll have to go back and read about what happened with you, Eddie, I musta missed all the fun?!

Looks like everyone else is doing pretty well!! Awesome! Need to catch up on posts..

VLC day 8 for me....been stuck at 156.4 for the past few days. Which is okay, I know it happens, so I'm not freaking out. Yesterday I did the crazy cardio hike, which ended up being almost 9 miles instead of 7 (umm, the guide was a little off on his mileage). I can't say I enjoyed it because it was like speed walking, and I just felt stressed out the whole time, trying to keep up. I'd much rather just run, which is what I usually do....I only did this because my friend wanted to, and I think it used different muscles from running! Totally sore today! So.....probably retaining some water in those inflamed muscles, and I ate more calories yesterday because I had to have breakfast before going out on the hike. Still felt a bit lightheaded once or twice while climbing the monster hills. Do NOT do this while on HCG....lesson learned!!!

The good news, I'm down 19lbs...and I just bought a bikini. YIKES!!! I'm scared stiff, so i think that will keep my eating on the right track. Going to try to eat clean till August 31 when we leave on our cruise. Fingers crossed!
