I know, it tends to get quiet here on the weekends....today everyone will be back.

As for me, I was a bad girl yesterday. We went riding....and I forgot to take any drops with me. LONG DAY....we left at 6:00AM and got home after 8 PM. SO....yes I ate, drank, and had fun.....LOL

TODAY will be back to business. I have untill Saturday, Aug 25th to lose this 12/15 pounds that I regained. I will announce WHY that is the deadline later.

OMG OMG OMG!! I missed all yall this weekend!!! I almost failed yesterday bc i got hungry!!! Not even my tea helped!! I increased my eve protein by 3 oz and switched to steak and i drank a Zevia!! (Sweetend w/ stevia : not on protocol) i thought for sure id gain!

Got on the scale this morn and lost only .6. Ill take it; better than gaining right??

Nervous bc i go back to wk tomorrow and dont wanna be hungry. Back on track today

Weight: 167.8 day 7. Total wk 1: 13lbs!! Yay!!

I had an iffy night, too, lol - I got sucked into Breaking Bad a week or so ago and I've been having late night sessions to catch up. Got to season 4 and found myself stealing a fruit snack/gummy thing from the kids' snack basket.

Anyway, up late, didn't sleep much, but managed a 0.2 loss. Not much, but I'll take it.

Well, I gained 4lbs as a result of the wedding. Oh well. Luckily, I don't go to that many weddings. Back to the straight and narrow.... at least until Wednesday. Wherever I end up going with my coworkers, I hope it's some place I can get soup or salad!

Tomorrow my youngest turns 5. It's going to be a day filled with sweets and snack food since he asked for cake/ice cream for breakfast (lol) and to go see Ice Age 4 at the movies.

He graduated from the summer session of pre-k today, and I did manage to avoid the cake/cupcakes like a champ, though. Yay! He was such a cutie through the whole ceremony, waving and blowing me kisses. He calls me his sweetheart - and if I could keep him little forever, I would.

weighed in at 170.4 this morning. I had gained from my "bad behavior day" on sunday....but it's coming off again now.

Was it worth it???? ummm......NO


It takes a LOT longer to get a "cheat" off (while still dosing) than its worth. I tell myself.....you could be that much further ahead if you had only KEPT YOUR MOUTH SHUT.

well im exactly the same weight I was yesterday
the day b4 I was only down .2
Im on VLCD 7 as of this AM I am down a total of 5.6 lbs and have lost a total of 4 3/4 inches. while im grateful for these #'s im concerned that I may be stalling
I will not eat shrimp again and no more cabbage. (cabbage @ lunch = diarrhea)
Im a little down about it all today BUT
I will stay strong, I will stay on protocol, and I will not cheat.
Hope everyone else has big rewards

I had 15 to lose from what i gained after round 2 a tragic death in the family and caos afterwards, led me on a path of self destruction.....but NO more!!!! I can do this!

I actually was yhe same this morn. Staling and slowing. If i stay like this tommorrow ill prob do a nut fast(macs) over the weekend. What sucks more is...tomorrows my bday!! Thought about cheating but then i dont wanna b upset. Almost caved this afternoon.

Yeah i know. Def not a pro. On this site it was another bf mom who did it whioe in p2 after a stall and lost 7pounds! I guess i thought i would help me too. I dont want to give up but we will see in the morning. Went back to wk today and took another week off.

don't give up lisen, what's really needed is healing from emotional eating.

Wren you're doing fantastic, that's an average of a pound a day.

Our bodies have to have a chance to adjust and things do shift around on protocol.

I was so tempted to eat something forbidden today! Im a carb addict and I wonder how long it will be before these intense craving subside. Im craving both carbs and sugar.

I stayed on protocol but only ate my 3.5 oz of protein X2 and veggies X2. I passed on the fruit and one of my crossini's.

I am hoping tomorrow for that magical 'Woosh' some speak of, taking me back into the big numbers!

Lisentume and Cynthum lets all hang in there together! Dr. S says this happens to some people and our losses will even out in the long run. lets ride it out and see what tomorrow brings

No, they are not! Take it from me, I am UP about 18 pounds from my lowest in February. I'm a P2 cycler and my last round was a total bust because I was cheating a lot. Today is R6VLCD2 and I'm down 5.8.

I know what to do to keep the weight off and maintain. Eat right and....EXERCISE! It makes a huge difference for me that I'm going back to JUDDDing when I hit goal. I did it this past May and was losing approx. a pound a day. I'm so glad I'm a fast loser.

VLCD#3 and down another -2.5 for a total of -4.6 thus far........feeling pretty good so far......drinking tons of water helps curb the cravings and hunger. I got about 120 ounces water in yesterday, and I'm up to 60 so far today. I can do this, I can do this!

Wearing a pair of pants that I've not worn in a while cause I was too scared to find out how tight they might have become. They're snug, I'm bulging over the waste but they will get looser and looser! I'm obeying hunger and full on round p2. I'm pretty much eating all of the 500 cal, but not the bread sticks. I'm trying different recipes like p2 chili and p2 smoothie. I want to try some eggs this round. I'm determined to keep the food tasty and interesting so I don't get bored and grossed out by blandness. I splurged on a bunch of spices, even exotic ones to boost the flavor. I figure the bit of food I'm learning to be content with should be at least tasty.

Yesterday, I woke up late and had to rush out the door, so I didn't get time to weight first thing (kind of woke up in a panic b/c I overslept, lol. Overslept b/c I was up too late watching the final episodes of Breaking Bad, season 4 - oh my word!)

We were only late for a park playdate, but it was a BIRTHDAY playdate, so I was freaking out a little. My 5yo was just excited to see his buddies, though, so no worries.

Then when we went to the movies - I may have had a little popcorn, no butter. I didn't touch the cake, ice cream, candy, or breakfast for dinner that the rest of the family had (bacon!!!) so I won't beat myself up too badly, lol. Even though I could smell that bacon from the driveway...

But, in the end, a happy birthday was had by all, AND, I'm still down a little for both days combined, so I'll take it.

Week 1 results - 7.8 lbs down in 7 days.

On to week 2!

Stall over!

This would have been day 5 of being stuck at 156.4, but woke up this morning to 155.8. Not a woosh, but I'll take it! Didn't do anything different yesterday, just stuck it out. This is my PMS week, so I'm guessing I will be having some bloating pretty soon.

Not quite sure how THIS happened ....but I dropped 3 pounds.
This mornings weight was 167.4

NOW....tommorow I just know it will be up. That seems to be the pattern for me when I get down to te last 10/12 pounds

Oh well....as long as I still have a NET LOSS between the 2 days, I'm Good
