I feel SOOO sick from Loading.

I had too much sugar. We had a BBQ today and I drank a bunch of Vodka Lemonades and it was so much sugar and I feel so sick sick sick right now.

I don't enjoy loading b/c I'm generally not that hungry as soon as I take my first dose.

But I have the worst headache and I wish I didn't have to load again tomorrw! Hope you all enjoyed loading better than me!

Reddy--when I load I eat a bunch of sugar too. Not a good idea since I get NO sleep when I do that. I eat my sugar in the form of chocolate and that keeps me awake for a very long time. I hate that. I dislike loading for the weight gain, and the whole bloated beached whale feeling I get, but it has to be done. I mean I love it for the guilt free eating of all that awesome food, but ugh!!! I know exactly what you mean. I hate loading for 2 days, which he only said to do 1. I could NEVER do 3 days as others have suggested.

Yeah! I know I should do low carb high protein loading but I've been eating that way for the past month and wanted to take advantage of guilt free eating like you said. But really it's just a sugar overdose from too much vodka/ lemonade from todays' bbq and I have the worst headache ever.

It wasn't even a fun load day. I need to make a list of fun things to eat tomorrow for my last load day b/c after that it's ON! But really the HCG makes kicks in for me and I have a hard time eating!

I'm not a good loader either You'd think it'd be easy since obviously we were doing something to get to this weight I'm having my bf bring me a piece of cheesecake from the cheesecake factory as my last hurrah! Can't wait to see the scale next week! tomorrow is gonna be scary, I suspect

Loading day #1 down. I got a lot of fat in, but was not stingy on the carbs either. I can already feel my stomach getting bloated.

Loading is hard. And it annoys me how NOT hungry I am when loading..... but always VERY hungry on VLCD1. Grrrrrr. LOL

I am sticking to Simeon's for the diet, but I do follow Robin W.'s method of not weighing daily during P2. Did that last round instinctively (I had never heard of Robin) and it worked out great.

However, I DO and WILL weigh daily during P3.... it was when I STOPPED doing that last time that I started putting the weight back on!

Like I mentioned, I was very hungry the first week of VLCDs even on Rx shots. But it got better. But I was still somewhat hungry on some days. TOM was a bear. But then, I got to a point where I was almost embracing that "empty" feeling.

And in the end I went from a size 12 to a size 8 in jeans in 6 weeks, and lost 20 pounds. And those size 8 jeans kept getting BIGGER throughout phase 3 (although my weight remained rock steady)/ So even though I had hunger, the protocol absolutely worked its magic.

Yeah, I think TOM is the main issue (I'm sure I keep saying this, but TOM began exactly yesterday, VLCD1).

I was thinking about that. I wonder if Dr. S would have approved, had that product existed then. Do many people do this? I have used it in my weight loss journey in the past. Same with Miracle Noodles. I have some great recipes and used them on JUDDD, but I'm hesitant to on HCG, except in a possible "emergency."

I also wanted to say that I really didn't enjoy loading at all - at the time I was sure the HCG had kicked in! It just felt horrible to eat so much fat. Which really does give me hope that my difficulties the past two days are due to the horrible timing of TOM and my first VLCD's!

You guys are all so helpful! In case I haven't said it enough, THANK YOU.

Hey Girls, Hope everyone slept well. Are we going to have our own thread or just post on the p2? I think our old threads may have been the key to my success 2 years ago and I think that's where I fizzled last attempt. It seemed like the thread I was on moved at a snails pace and I need support online

Shall we talk scales? Yikes. Scarey but I did it! Not sure I can share yet but will if you guys will

I loaded the two days before Labor Day weekend, so I hope I'm allowed!

My loading gain took me from 169.5 to 172.8. Yesterday, morning of VLCD2 I was back to 169.5. Today is 167.1, although it's before coffee/bathroom; after which is when I usually record it, because it's lowest then. But still, this is my all time recent low (saw it for one day a couple weeks before starting HCG) Another two tenths, and I'm in virgin-land.

Hoping today is less hungry.

Hello! Loading day #2 is here. I must say I enjoyed my iced coffee with lots of heavy cream for breakfast.

I also made these gluten-free blondies. The main ingredient is almond butter. So lots of good fat in these!

But I'm sooooo ready to get onto the losing. My boyfriend just sent me the pix from our Colorado trip, and UGH, my face just looks so chubby and bloated. Can't wait for it to "deflate" a bit!

Yeah I don't know if Dr. S would have approved the gluc powder. I think I might have heard people saying the miracle noodles showed a temporary stall (or slight gain) on the scale. But it was just a matter of the "stuff" getting through their digestive system... and then the scale would go down. LOL. I have some and will use it--but only if I am really hungry!

Day 1 for me - bummer however I have a sore throat and sniffles. Not going to let it stop me. I am hoping the meds don't slow me down too much.

I cannot wait too lose some weight. Summer always leaves me with way too much! lol

Oh, no. I am not sharing yet. I got on the scale yesterday, but forgot today So I don't have a true start day weight, but I do have yesterday's weight. Have no idea what I will see on the scale tomorrow--might see yesterday's weight. I was loading quite well yesterday Have to a) remember to weigh in the morning and b) remember I forgot to weight this morning and not be disappointed. I too am soooo ready for this weight to be gone! Based on yesterday's weight I have about 20 lbs to go. I will go for as long as I can this round. I hope to lose what I want in 21 days, but am ready to go longer to reach goal in one round this time.

WW--I work very early (shift usually starts at 6AM) and can barely get online like I used to years ago when I first started. I sure do miss those days

I am SOOOO scared of the scale tomorrow. I may not even weigh myself in the morning b/c it will mess with my head. It was hard enough seeing 170 this morning. I really liked being in the 160's and if It goes over 170 (which I'm sure it will) I will cry!

Looking forward to VLCD 1 even though I didn't get a chance to go shopping and have nothing in the fridge. Will have to go at lunch time!

I'd love to join you all too. Although I said I was done with HCG, I'm ba-ack! Just can't stay away, I guess. ;-) I finished load Day 2 today, so it is VLCD #1 tomorrow. I'm hoping to lose at least 15 pounds, but 20 would be swell! I'm returning after several failed attempts in 2012, swearing off HCG forever, and then realizing I really can't lose the last 10-15 pounds any other way. Here's to NOT failing! I loaded REALLY well, so there's no turning back.

Good Morning! Nice to have some more people join us on our phase 2. I'm down 3 from yesterday, lol..I'm not sure if that was even my highest but heck, it'll do I have an Aria scale and have old weights but nothing particularly recent. too scared to step on it!

Here's todays menu:
Grilled chicken breast, salad greens with a sf dressing I made and strawberries
Grilled sirloin burger, broc, strawberries
Loads of water with lemon, iced tea (no sugar or AS) and coffee
Vitamins, using my Prosonic and hopefully, lots of rest tonight.

Well, I posted it in the other thread, but I figure it won't always be this good, right? So I want to put it here, too.

8/30 - 169.5 LOAD DAY 1
8/31 - too scared to look LOAD DAY 2
9/01 - VLCD1 172.8 +3.3 after loading
9/02 - VLCD2 169.5 -3.3 (lost all of loading!)
9/03 - VLCD3 167.1 -2.4 (-5.7 from load w)
9/04 - VLCD4 165.8 -1.3 (-6 from load w, -3.7 from pre-load w)
