Hcg round1phase2!!!
Hello folks! Starting my own progress thread just for kicks. Even if I end up talking to my self only. So today is my d2 of p2. Weighed in at 181:( yesterday weighed in at 177.6 today.? Question: how wrong is it to have eggs instead of chicken as my protein? No chicken today im all out.
Im doing injections...i dont have a set amount of days for this round, I want to get to 160 atleast. I also started TOM today...i know I should have started the round after TOM but I coudnt wait! I was on a downward spiral! Anyway whats the typical weight gain amount? I feel very bloated obviously so I guess im questioning if I should bother weighing myself the next few days lest I get discouraged. Thanks for the input in advance. |

Eggs are allowed on protocol. 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg is a protein portion. Have at it! :D Can't answer you about TOM as I've never had that issue... BUT I would continue to weigh as that is a REALLY important part of this plan. Stopping right at the beginning is probably not the best idea, TOM or no TOM. |

We're almost on the same day, I just finished my 2 load days and today was my first day in phase 2, gained 2 pounds in load, not that I needed more to lose!

TOM seemed to stall me a bit but then again it also was during week 3 which I understand is when the losses are the slowest anyway. But when TOM is over you will probably see a nice drop! Good luck!
