1st day newbie
Okay, no one ever said these pellets were such slippery little buggers. My morning was right out of "I Love lucy". first I pop a few in the cap like I read that a few do, a few actually get stuck, one pops out into the sink, the other I had to get a knife to wedge out of the lid. Take the 3 pellets and realize I forgot about brushing my teeth so took tooth brush and ( new cinnamon) toothpaste to work.
I transferred some to a baggie for ease during the day. But dang! I know it's a load day and doesn't count, but I was not hungry all day. I had to force myself to eat. I am feeling very optimistic and can hardly wait until Friday when I start my VLCD. Hey, one Q, since tomorrow is a load day, can I have a beer? |
I had the same problem with the pellets getting stuck. What I finally realized you had to do is that you gotta remove that white plastic cone thingy in the lid. Do some squeezing and it'll pop off (or dig at it with a pair of scissors). Once that sucker's gone, measuring out your 3 pellets is super easy.
Sorry... i don't know about the beer... my instinct is to say no, but that's only b/c beer makes me bloat up. |

Whatever you do, DO NOT load on super carby things. I did that and gained 7 pounds and had the WORST round ever.

:welcome: enjoy! Loading is the best part!! Like jab ok suggests, load heavy on fat. You'll gain, but it'll go quickly. You want to be satiated before you do the low cal days. Relax, enjoy :).
Beer would be fine. |
