Meta-HCG through Metabolic - PLZ HELP

I am doing the 40 days of HCG injections and I am just feeling so alone right now.

None of my friends knows that I am doing it. My best friend is what they call a 'feeder'. She is close to 400 pounds, yet she calls herself a sexy diabetic

I did great on preconditioning, I lost 8 pounds in 7 days. But since I did the loading for 2 days, my weight will not move! I have been 335 for the past 3 days. (I loaded last Thursday and Friday) I AM NOT CHEATING either!! Today is day 5 on the injections.

Anyone else experience this when beginning???

Also, anyone else out here weigh as much as me and doing the HCG?? I would love a buddy during this process!

I'm not familiar with the plan that calls for preconditioning.
Which plan are you on?

Could you post an accurate and complete menu of what you eat for a day?
We might be able to help if you do that.

It's called Meta-HCG 750 calories.

Preconditioning is the week before you start the shots. It limits breads, caffiene, sugars, basically a week of detox so you tranasition easier into the 750 calorie days. You have a protein, veggie,fruit and slice of 40 calorie bread with each meal. - then you go to a food instruction class and they give u your shots and food guide.

I do one injection each morning for 40 days.

Breakfast:
4oz meat/4 egg whites or 1 cup egg substitute
fruit
1 supplemt shake

Lunch:
4oz meat
4oz veggie
supplemt shake

Diner:
4oz meat
8oz veggie
supplemt shake

and drink as much water as I can - I average about 100oz. a day

Okay, I am no expert, but this might have given you a rough start, losses-wise. This plan seems to be OPPOSITE of what Dr. Simeon says to do for loading days!

Having said that, it's too late now, so just keeping plugging along!! It will all start falling off, it might just take a few days! No worries!!!

Your plan is very different from what I know. That doesn't mean it won't work. It just means I can't offer any insight. I wish you well with it.

As for feeling alone, hugs to you. Your weight loss adventure is part of you, but it isn't ALL of you. You can interact with your friends without having to involve food or talk of food.

And you have this board. The support here is immense.

After a week of preconditioning, I had to do 2 'load days' for the HCG shot. Had to eat fatty stuff. I started HCG on a Wednesday, LOADED on Thurs and Fri, then got on the low calorie Plan on Saturday and that is where I am now.

What kind of plan are you guys on? I feel like an odd duck now, LOL

We follow Simeon's Pounds and Inches. You can google for the original protocol. It has us on 500 calories a day while doing the hcg (I do the homeopathic). No detoxing in the first phase necessary, but we do the 2 loading days with fatty foods (some of us with gusto ).

Other people here are on different plans.
There's the Omaha folks, the Simeons folks like Dawn, the rogue Simeons folks like me, a couple of Trudeau folks (they do a conditioning phase, too), and then some dear wild birds who do completely experimental plans, such as Fozzie99 with his Eat Fat Get Thin plan with hcg.

We all get along just fine.

Just wondering what is in the "supplement shakes" that you are drinking? Everything else looks very similar to what I have heard about the expanded 800 calorie plan which many people do well on. Just wondering if there might be something in there that could be stalling you. If you were to switch to the (original) Simeons plan, you would basically be dropping the eggs and supplements and adding another fruit (and possibly some small amount of starch in the form of melba toast or grissini, if you can handle it).
