protein day question
I know you have to keep the carbs low low but what about fats? Can I have cocoacrack or coconut milk?
My plan for the day is
3 eggs, 1 trader joe's chicken sausage (3 carbs)----Typically breakfast is always my largest meal
chicken breast tenders 6oz
Should I change anything?? I should only come in at the 3 carbs from the sausage for the day.
Not sure if I will add coconut milk in or the crack but if I am starving I might..
I am not above LDW but my weight has been creeping up there so I am pretty close so I wanted to do this high protein day to drop back down.
I always add fats to any protein day I do. Enjoy!!!!
