LOVE it!

I think we should just decide that anytime the scale shows an up when we've been good it needs to be threatened!

Good morning ladies and GENTS! (Welcome Fat Eddie). The third week is always the hardest, but I'm so glad to see you all hanging in there! Berta, my prayers are with you and DH!

Hugs to you all! I was up .5 a pound today (168) but I hope to get back to my exact LIW from last round (167.5) by Saturday morning. I wouldn't even mind losing 2 or 3 pounds so my load weight won't be so horrible! I'm looking forward to loading, and kind of dreading it at the same time.

Dawn, I Chick-Fil-A! Have fun at your meeting.

Today is hair-apy day! Woo hoo! Just in time for going back to school from summer break!

Chouter that's hysterical! I think I may have to try that too b/c I'm mad at my scale as well.

I'm actually wondering, do you all think I should do an apple day? I could do it today or maybe just wait for tomorrow but here's what the past few days have looked like. Tell me if this would be considered a STALL enough for apple day:

7/19 - 170.2
7/20 - 170.6
7/21 - 169.8
7/22 - 169.8
7/23 - 169
7/24 - 169.2

Basically I've lost 1lb in 6 days going up and down a few oz.

It's not EXACTLY a stall so I'm not sure. Also I'm in week 3 which I know means slowed loss and also 7/19 was the day TOM came so I wonder. Apple day today? Tomorrow? Or just keep doing the protocol? I have 8 days left of this round and I REALLY want to get to 165!!!

Well thanks for the welcome MemoryKeeper. I finally lost after 2 days down to 220 from 234.6 on my 15th day. I hope to break the teens tommorrow that should be an uplift. Now off to find some recipes. I have been using only Braggs Organic Apple CIder Vinegar the past 15 days on my salad, I need a change. I know where you are coming from.I tell you though with me, it seems when I see those scales drop every day I don't care if it is just a .1 It keeps me going.Usually I would have quit a long itme ago. But I have never been on any plan that works as well as this RX HCG. Just stay on protocol and it works. (that is easier said than done too)

I wish to thank EVERYONE for the get well wishes to my DH he is the love of my life.I woold not be complete without him.
His surgery is over but the 2hour procedure ended up beigng six hours.I was so concerned I kept waiting and waiting and waiting. I kept asking the nursed if they had heard anything and no one had. They called but noone told them anything They took him in surgery at five and finally around ten the Dr came in the room.

DH had gangrene in his gallbladder the Dr said it was the worst he'd ever seen. He also had a hernia they repaired. BUT thank GOD he is going to be okay now. He will have to stay for four or five more days. But I hope to have him home by this week end.

I lost .2 today again and I am not even suppose to loose on this interuption. But I will take it. I can not believe how I have maintained this round since switching to RX HCG. I am so glad I did. I don't even get hungry anymore and I get so full so fast it simply amazes me!I go back to the RXHCG tomorrow so my losses should continue to drop until this vial is empty. I am hoping it will last me another 2 weeks anyway

EDDIE I read you turned 15? Is that correct? . So I take it the Avi photo isn't of you Alsothank you for the get well wished also. Everyone on this thread and the others are so very very nice.I feel like they are part of my family

I am down zero today....and kind of expected since TOM is here and the bridal shower fiasco.

Hugs, Mander!!!! Our bodies never do quite what we think we will. Just keep trudging along. The 50 mark will be here before you know it!!

OH sorry I get confused easily! Thank you.... I am happy too... he has a ways to recover yet....but I know he will recover.

Are you married with family or a single guy looking? You might just find THE ONE on here if you are single you are a very handsome fellow IMO.But my DH is love of my life he is my last for as long as I live him and him only. I never dreamed being in TRUE love would be so wonderufl!!!

OHHHHHH and a pontoon! We would love to have one we have a BIG lake here in Kirksivlle. But we have friends with one so we just go with them!!!We are to old now for that sort of investment if you know what I mean!!

How's the plan going for you? Are you doing Hemopathic or RX HCG?

Down .5 today.. Wanting a little more, but still~ a loss is a loss, right? 20 pounds lost so far for this round I want 10 more gone, but dangit! I am getting anxious. Friday is 21 days, hope I can hold out for another week after that. Since I have one more round after this one to get to goal, I am not too worried about a couple pounds difference overall for this round.

My writing isn't the best sometimes. I am on RX HCG and seem to be doing fine. Just ate some chicken and it really picks me up. Thanks for the compliment. I am divorced and have 3 grown children. I can't seem to get the 28 year old son to move out. Oh well. I am always looking, but women have become even more complex as of late and I'll leave it to that. I guess I am waiting on that special someone. Eddie

That's just rebound from your app,e day. You dropped a lot yesterday, and you're body is just replenishing. It'll be down tomorrow. Takes time to relose after a cheat. Be patient w/ yourself .

Eddie! Good to have you here.

Jeanette-you've done great! Looking forward to another successful round for you!

Dbunny-that's great losing! Woohoo!

Dawn- yeah! So glad you hit your 15lb goal! Good job! Enjoy P3!

I STS to day . Tomorrow is VLCD21 and my week 3 has been a bummer . I'd really like to lose some more (2-3?) and will probably give it a go. I can make it through 1 more weekend I think! But I really don't want to . I was really hoping to see 146 this round.

I got a good workout in today. Weights only, but my HR was up there. Felt pretty good. Hope it doesn't mess w/ the scale, but decided to keep at least 1 weight training day a week even in P2.

Be strong guys! We can do it. Only a few days (weeks) of sacrifice! Then P3 (really want cream in my coffee!!!)

Thanks, Eddie I just love Wisconsin.. it is so beautiful up there. Every year in August I go to Madeline Island and have a hootenanny of a time... Planned my P2 and P3 around it so I can be in P4 the day I get there.. Pizza at Tom's Burned Down Cafe at 2 AM is the best!

Hi Eddie and WELCOME! Nice to have a dude around...and er...GO PACKERS! Anyway, here are some of my favorite dressing recipes. These are also in the HCG Diet Short Form stickie in case you lose this post somewhere.

Salad dressings:

Start with...
2T broth (beef, chicken or veggie)
2T apple cider or red wine vinegar
1/4t salt
1/4t pepper

For Italian add...
1t Italian seasoning
1/4t garlic powder
1/4t onion powder

For honey mustard add...
1T mustard (yellow or brown but check ingredients for sugar)
5 drops plain stevia or 1/2 packet Splenda or Sweet 'n Low

For a creamier dressing use...
2T Walden Farms Caesar, Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing in place of one T of broth and one T vinegar

For a different taste use...
2T orange juice, lemon juice or lime juice in place of the vinegar

Switch up spices. I like...
1t curry or
1t shallot pepper or
1t dill or
1t sage or
1t cumin

I have a few bikes myself My latest acquisition is a 75 Honda CB125 to putz around on. We own a small motorcycle service and repair shop in STL called Flying Tiger Motorcycles.

It is a long journey.. But you'll get there! We all will, eventually.

I had one for almost the whole day during my apple day, but I couldn't figure out whether that was the apple day or the cupcakes and wendy's I ate the night before.

Down another pound today, that's 8.5 in 7 days I'm surprised, I expected to see some sort of stall or slowing of the losses by now, but so far it's been smooth sailing! Let's hope it keeps...

My family has been ridiculous, going out to eat more often than ever (4 times in a week, and the past 2 days in a row!) and they keep inviting me!! Grrr lol. They're out at my favorite mexican place right now and I'm sitting here eating this little chicken breast and raw celery -.-

Thank god for Franks hot sauce. I don't think I'd be able to eat all the chicken I've had this week without it! I'm so over the texture of chicken, lol.

I flippin LOVE Franks. So good. I couldn't eat so much chicken breast without it quite honestly.
