I did an apple day yesterday and dropped all of it off. I would probably weigh at least 15 pounds less right now, but I almost never follow protocol very well. I tend to get a little crazy with my protein servings. |

So... I did my weekly measurements today and plugged them into my spreadsheet and I'm a bit stunned... surely I measured wrong or something. It's telling me I lost 11 inches this week. That can't be right, that is insane...

Made my dinner and DIDN'T eat the entire pan of meat. Not even a quarter I don't think. Pat on back for me! I was afraid I might go crazy after my apple day and eat everything again. Hopefully I can finally hit 182 tomorrow. I'm going to bed before I mess it up hahahahaha

Welp- ended up doing a mini-steak day today- but, not on purpose. I was so busy I barely had time to sit down. Here's to hoping for an accidental whoosh!!
![]() I'm leaving on vacation this weekend- planning on staying on protocol; I hope I'm not setting myself up for any problems. I just feel like I have to stick with it and not stop. I cracked open a new bottle of hhCG today, too- woohoo! It sounds like nearly everyone had a good day today!! Great job, everyone. ![]() |

I'm measuring Neck, upper chest, bust, ribs, waist, hips, thighs, calves and upper arms.
11 inches total, when all the small losses from those areas are added up. It's still SO CRAZY... I lost almost a FOOT of fat off me just in one week |

It's been almost 3 weeks and I'm only 5 below my LDW. And I gained 7 on loading. So I've lost 12 in 3 weeks. LAME. I've always been a rule breaker though. Always insisted on pushing the limits just to see what will happen. Grrr! The only person I can be mad at is myself lol |

I also had a mini steak day! Only because my tilapia I intended to have for lunch turned out horrible and I wasn't hungry or motivated enough to cook another lunch meal.
7 oz of lean round eye steak and 100g of raw red radishes. And that's it! I might eat some strawberries later but who knows. |

I've been reading along silently on these protocol threads just for encouragement (I'm a bit rogue) but I wanted to say to Berta - prayer for your dh, hon, and prayer for you too as you uphold him. That is exhausting!

I am down 1.4 today
Whew!! This is sooo hard that I am done with this round. My weight today is my LDW. I will continue the pellets throughout today and then start P3 on Friday. I cannot wait I am down exactly 15 lbs from my start weight. I feel I have fought for every single pound this round so I am not going to blow it this weekend!!! I will behave on my vacation Happy Tuesday!!! I am going to a class for my work today and it is my first one. I am very excited. It is a Chick Fil A class--who knew??!! From what I hear it should be fun. I am just so glad I got to sleep in this morning.

Yay Dawn that's awesome! Congrats on your 15lbs!!!
Berta sorry to hear about your DH! I hope all is ok! I'm sad to report that I'm up .2 today. My losses for the past few days have been really minimal. I know it slows on the 3rd week - and I guess I could live with a stall but it's hard to see the scale go up Its still TOM for me (although very light due to HCG I believe) so I still wonder how much that is to blame! I have not cheated at all! Either way I'm crossing every appendage that I can reach at least 165 before this round is over! I still have 8 days so it's possible... |

Thank you kcf!
We start P3 almost together - today is my first day without drops, tomorrow your first without pellets. Though for me this may be more of an interruption than a real P3, I'm thinkin'.Good losses, everyone! |

Just an FYI---every one of my 3rd weeks in P2 has been awful. I lose in the first 2 weeks and barely anything that 3rd. Sorry to hear you are having that same fate, but it happens. You have enough time to lose some more though. Just stick to plan and show your body you mean business and it will give up those pesky pounds. |

Berta, my thoughts are with you and your husband. I am down 1 lb so I got my whoosh! I am experiencing the 3rd week doldrums, so hoping it will speed up again. |

Wow, I still think my scales are messed up! I got up KNOWING I had lost. I could feel it. But when I got on the scales, they said I had gained .3! Then I threw them across the room, tried it again, and I was down 1 lbs! That's better. I moved it all around the room and tried it several times, and still down one pound! So that's what Imma call it. Down 1 lbs!! A new scale battery is in my future. Darn thing gets stuck when it's low on juice and it needs a little kick in the butt!

![]() ![]() Chouter!! That is definitely showing the scale who is boss. I have a sneaky suspicion that my scale needs new batteries also. |
