), so being the onery woman I am , I whipped out my phone and showed her my before picture (huge bloated face) and she was like, "wow, you totally lost a lot of weight in your face, but I totally don't remember you being that big." Say what?!It's like their minds forget how we did look, so they don't get how MUCH we have actually lost and changed!! Down another pound today. That's 7.5 pounds in 8 days (including loading). Extra protein and NO grain really is working well for me.
On the note of people worrying about us getting "too thin" - I have never had that problem! I get called chunky, get told to hit the treadmill, to eat less, etc. Lots of rudeness but I think it's one of the bad parts of the Southern California culture. Hollywood's influence spans out quite a bit =( I am tallish, 5'7 and 3/4 lol. Almost 5'8, but my frame naturally is a bit small. I have long lanky limbs. My hips have a bit of a nice curve to them but otherwise my frame is MEANT to be thin. |

Hi ladies!
So I was doing p2 for about 21 days up until last week. I had only lost about 5 pounds despite staying totaly on protocol, NO CHEATING. I had started an anti depressant about a month ago and actually went on HCG to ward off any weight gain and for some reason it slowed my losses! Well the other day I went off it, and literally coudlnt take it anymore and basicaly did my 2 days of no hcg then started eating P3 style for a couple of days and basically had a meltdown. I decided I was going not do p3 and jump back into p2 so I basically did one "load day" where I ate all kinds of awful crap and today is my first day back. This diet has really shown me what a compuslve over eater I can be...its scary. I know I shouldnve have gone back to P2 but i was so frustrated!!!!!!!!!! I mean I feel like Ive just yoyo'ed my diet (and my hypthalmus!) so much that its exhausted. SOmetimes I feel like I am beyond repair! (I feel like that in multiple ways actually) Any advice? Im trying to get back on teh wagon but to be honest I'm so close to giving up. I do HHCG which I heard you can't build up immunity to, but it definitely doesnt curb my appeitielike it used to. I've tried adjusting my dose, etc. but I am just so ravenously hungry and I realy do try to retrain myself and not make food an "activity" you know? Ijust feel like Ill be fat forever. I was down to 148 and over a few p2/p3's I crept back up to 160, now this morning I was at 167! Is there any hope for me? I was feeling helpless til I came on here and read your posts about eating cupcakes and being human...and I guess Im human...but Im fat too lol |

Crazy busy day today and I haven't had a chance to read the posts here but I hope everyone is reporting big losses.
I'm down another .8 today after losing nothing yesterday so I'm pleased although I'd love to have a day where I lose more than 1lb!!! I'm on P2D15 and so far I've dropped 13lbs if you include the loading lbs. I only have 9 days left (should be 8 but I skipped a shot) and would LOVE to drop another 4-5 lbs by then! Here's hoping! |

Thank you!
I know it's kinda unrealistic, but I'd really really love it if my losses stayed on this steady path. I mean, it COULD happen ![]() I'm not going to switch up my food routine much anymore, now that I've found something that both satisfies my hunger (well, mostly lol), AND is giving me good results on the scale. I haven't cheated, and I don't foresee a cheat happening. Do I want a cookie? YES. Does it suck when people eat cookies in front of me? YES. But I'm not going to eat one. Come P4 I will finally have 1 of my favorite cookies. Spending just a few more weeks eating like this if I get down to 130, then there's nothing wrong with 1 cookie |

Yeah, the cupcakes were DELIGHTFUL, until the next day when I felt horrible physically and emotionally and I wanted to die. Antidepressants can really affect your body. I'm not sure if you meant that you've gone off them, but you shouldn't do that until you consult with your GP. My whole life changed when I got off my old antidepressant medication. I felt much more alive and like a normal human being. I notice my ADHD is pretty significant lately, but I'd rather be a scatter brain and feel a little nuts than be a fat zombie. And yes, we are all human. We make mistakes. Every day is a new opportunity to succeed and do better. As long as we're making progress, then we're doing well. |

Since my gorge/load days fall within this week, i thought i better pop in and say hello . . . HELLO!
i know many of you and some of you are new to me, the weight loss posted is sooooooooo INSPIRING!!! I have worked really hard to maintain my loss these past three months. I can't believe it's been that long since my last round. Since I use Rx I follow the protocol exactly, so between Round 3 and 4 is a maintenance is 12 weeks. I will post again this weekend. Good luck all and may the swoosh fairy visit you all tonight!

I made tilapia soup and I'm not excited about it lol. It's just sitting in the kitchen, waiting...
I've been eating a lot of chicken breast and ground beef so I figured it would be good to finally break out my tilapia since I know once I'm off this diet I will NOT be eating it again lol. I'm a salmon and tuna girl, love me some fatty fish! I'm not physically very hungry, nor psychologically, but with my calorie counts steadily getting lower and lower (I was in the 390 range yesterday) I really need to just eat this darn fish lol. |

Well thank you Dawnyama, just didn'want to impose. I am on day 15 started at 234.6lbs. On Saturday I went to a friends celebration of life ceremony( a deer hit her on her motorcycle) anyway after the ceremony they served lunch and I was real hungry but I only ate chicken but I don't think I got all the fat or skin off of it, I tried. So I gained .2 and have stayed there for the past two days. I am at 221.2lbs. I am still very motivated and optimistic. Today was a by the book clean eat day so tomorrow will tell. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Eddie

So, I noticed how windy it was outside and saw some kids flying kites and I got super excited so I dug out my kite from when I was like 10 and went to the field. I was totally showing off my kite flying skills to these kids and it was SUPER high, when suddenly the wind stopped and I couldn't save it. Came crashing to the ground and broke.
![]() That was the end of my fun for the day. Hopefully I can repair it. It's actually a family kite. My parents got it like 30 years ago. It's fun to be able to do these things now that I can run around easily (when I don't break things) lol |

Soon enough you will have to change your name. You won't be fat much longer LOL. The weight can be stubborn sometimes, but it will go. You just have to let your body know you mean business! I have been 124 something for the past 3 days!!!! At least I know when I stop my hcg in the next day I can maintain that weight LOL. I am maintaining it now on the hcg, so why not without???? Ah, the scale will give way to you tomorrow. You will see!! Remember too that when the scale won't move, those inches do!!

I have to admit, as hard as my apple day was yesterday, I feel almost 100% better and knocked off those 3-4 pounds.
Maybe I should do one once a week. Just kidding. Sorta. lol |

Having a REALLY hard time getting food down today. Just NOT HUNGRY. It was 1:30 when I realized I still hadn't eaten anything. Had my protein but barely ate my veggie.
Then I usually have a fruit around 3 but I wasn't hungry but at 4:30 I ate my strawberries reluctantly. Late dinner as well... and I ate my shrimp but can not get this asparagus down. Is it a big deal? I just don't want it. I'm not hungry and it's not appetizing. ![]() |

It's sooo simple. I tend to have a day a week where I'm just running around for work like a nutcase so I don't see why not! It felt nice and cleansing.

I did not eat all day today, except for an apple. Super busy at the shop and I didn't make my P2 chili since I was in class all weekend. It just goes to show you how prepared we have to be on this plan. So, I am going to have 7 oz of steak and asparagus for dinner tonight. I have done this a couple times on P2 with no ill effects, and makes me feel normal again, even though I could chew my arm off right now!!!

I discoverd a way to make Tilapia on this diet ( I may have read it on this forum actually) and it's SOOO good that I will continue to make it after P2. All you do is take the Tilapia Filet season it (I use Garlic and Onion Powder, Salt and Pepper and dill) and then you take 3-4 slices of lemon, squeeze them over the top and then put them on top. Wrap it all in Foil and put on grill for 10 or so minutes. DELICIOUS! |

What kind of steak should I look for at the market? I did a search and it's a bit vague... I've seen sirloin, I've seen "filet" - does that mean filet mignon?

Manders did you say you lost the weight from the going off plan? If so that's awesome.
Was it the Apple Day that did it? |
