New here, planning to start soon

Hello! I'm not new to low carb or to HCG however I haven't been very successful with the HCG diet due to extreme tiredness and fuzzyheaded-ness. I've done two previous rounds which ended up being really short because due to my work, I cannot be fuzzyheaded. The weight I have lost, I have maintained but I've got a lot left to lose. I've been researching to find out what can alleviate the tiredness and fuzzyheadedness plus I've purchased hHcg from a different manufacturer this time in case it was the drops I was using. Here's my plan:

Pre-hcg diet cleanse - on this right now.
During P2: multivitamin, energy b complex, chromemate, vitamin C, and extra vitamin D3 and sublingual b12 as needed in addition to hHcg drops. My last "working" level of drops was 38 per day.

I'd really really like to get through a whole 21 days on hHcg at least. Anyone have any other suggestions to reduce tiredness and fuzzyheadedness?

I found the "fuzziness" decreased after the first 2 weeks. If I go off protocol, it gets really bad again. Like today, I feel like I have a hangover because I ate terribly this weekend.

Do you drink coffee during your rounds?

I don't normally drink coffee unless someone else makes it at work or I feel like I need to hit Starbucks before work. I do drink diet coke (which I'll be cutting out) and I love unsweetened regular tea. I'm really hoping that the b complex helps lots because its really hard to do my job when I can't think.

I know that I get headaches when I consistently drink a lot of coffee and then go a day or two without any. Does your job have some sort of safety concern with it?

I have a technical job working with business customers. That would be why I can't act brainless all day, lol.

I own a salon and use a laser machine on skin all day, so I can't really act brainless either. I think if you really set your mind to it, you can break through the fuzziness and beat it. I did, you can too. :)

i had the fuzziness really bad when i started taking hhcg for the first time. it was always in the mornings. i also felt a little like morning sickness.

the fuzziness didn't go away for me until about 3 weeks into it. i still get feelings of a little nervousness though. but not so much.

good luck!

Lol, Manders....no brainlessness for either of us. I guess I'll just hope I've set up a good plan to combat the tiredness and fuzziness.
