Anyone else just starting?
Just decided to bite the bullet and go for it. I had bought a certain brand at Walmart, but haven't heard anything great about it, so I went to my health food store and bought some. I followed the guidelines I have learned from numerous posts in regards to what I should be looking for. So I'm loading up and hoping that there are some newbies out there willing to join me.

This isn't my first round, but I started this round on Monday (loading) so we are almost on the same schedule! :D |
I'm on TOM, so am planning my load days for next week Wed/Thurs, bought intermountain pellets. I've been reading everything I can on the boards, am hopeful for a strong first round. I have a lot to lose.

I started last Saturday and this is my first round. So far so good. What also helps is that I'm saving up to go to go to Africa early next year so everyone knows I can't afford to eat out.

Today was my first "load" day and I felt like I was just making a pig out myself even when I wasn't hungry just so that I could get more fat in. Not sure what tomorrow will bring. TOM should be here this week so this could get pretty interesting. |
I'm on day 5 (I think) of phase 2. My first round ever! :)

I won't lie, the first 2 days were rough. I was VERY hungry and headachy and wanted to throw in the towel, but day 3 came along and I finally felt better. My body needed those 2 days to get used to the diet and I'm finding very quickly what does and doesn't work for me. I love finding little things that are very much ok for protocol but FEEL like cheats :) I'm on VLCD5 and I've lost 6.5 pounds :clap: |
