Protocol foods that cause you to stall?

So I'm wondering which foods you all have found to give you problems in terms of stalling or slowing loss and which seem to help you along?

Has anyone had issues with Tomatos! I'm beginning to believe tomatoes are an issue for me as the times I've had them I've stalled, or gained (woke up to .4 gain

I've found grapefruit and oranges to be good foods and have seen good results when I include them.

Please share!

I've kind of figured out that on the days I eat tomatoes, I should skip the other 'fruits'. Ever since I started treating my tomatoes as the fruits they are- I haven't had any more issues.

So if you count your tomato as a fruit then do you have another veggie?

i.e. Aparagus and Spinach and then Apple and Tomato?

Maybe try eating your cabbage @ lunch instead of Dinner + drinking tons water. For me every time I ate cabbage for Dinner my stomach was swollen all night and a .6oz gain in the am.

lean ground beef. but i think its mainly because of the high calories in beef compared to shrimp or chicken.

For me, I have better results if I skip the apples, grapefruit, berries, etc on the days that I choose to eat tomatoes. So, I'll have my mixed organic greens with tomato and a lean protein for lunch. Dinner- I'll have a protein and extra veggies, no fruit. Other days, when I don't eat tomatoes, I'll split one large apple between lunch and dinner.

Some have said they don't lose as well if they don't have the fruit- I'm pretty much still experimenting. I had a 3 day stall before I decided to not eat toms and fruit on the same day. No stalls since.. so, so far, so good!

I very rarely add the grisini or melba.. I think I've only eaten them twice in the last 19 days. Wheat flour gives me crazy bad cravings for more.. ugh!

Cabbage, oranges, tomatoes and beef are the major ones that I have heard. I had a bit of trouble with tomatoes so no P2 chili for me! Cabbage, I only had issues with if I ate > 7oz at a sitting.

Beef works better for me than chicken.

Cabbage is fine, but not a gigantic serving.

Oranges are the only things that seem to stall me . Which is a bummer! Fortunately I love apples and strawberries!!

I don't do fish but am trying shrimp soon. I'll let you know how that goes.

Really interesting to read all the responses. I know everyone is different but I still find it interesting. I just looked at my food journal and every day after I've made my Turkey Chili - I've had an issue. I've had it 3 times.

1st time = No loss
2nd time = Only .2 loss
3rd time = .4 Gain!!! (although TOM may be culprit too there)

I don't believe it's the turkey b/c I've made turkey burgers for lunch on days and had good losses so it has to be the tomato

So sad b/c that is hands down my favorite meal. But if it's going to be an issue, I'll skip it. THen again, I may try the advice of dropping a fruit for it and see how that goes.

I know. I am following a list given to me by the clinic that gave me the HCG. The list is basically the same except it includes Turkey and Scallops.

This is my list. Not 100% Simeons but very close:

That's why I switched over to ground bison. It's almost half the calories.

My problem is that I sautee the package and season it with taco seasoning and end up eating the whole thing.
