Hello everyone!! My name is Crystal.

I am BRAND spankin new to the HCG diet. I have been doing research for a couple of years. I have allllooootttt of info to share about myself and my journey, so I decided to start a video blog. I hope I am allowed to post the link here.

I would LOVE any feedback or comments you have! Dont be shy!!
