my first 23 days of hhcg results..

today is VLCD 21 days for me and i lost 11 pounds! not as impressive as some of the losses you guys have here but i am quite happy.

i started at 134.4 with loading and weighted in this morning at 123.6. my goal is 110-115.

the 3 weeks flew by pretty fast. i didn't lose much the first two weeks and i think its because i had a lot of lean beef.

just this past week i started using an online calorie counter site and tracked my calories. this resulted in me losing 3 pounds in the past 5 days. i found that a calorie calculator really helped me keep track of not going over 500 calories.

i stopped eating the lean beef and ate a lot of shrimp instead. i was getting discouraged when i first started the hhcg and reading about you guys losing a pound a day etc. but now realize it was probably eating the beef 2x a day that put me over the 500 calories.

i went a little rogue- in that i had 4 tablespoons of fatfree half and half a day and half a cup of almond milk for the other two cups of coffee. i also had 8 pistachios a day. i also mixed an onion with spinach. but i never went over 500 calories (this past week since i had the calorie calculator).

i was hungry at times and fantasized about foods a lot!- lol. it made me want to eat really bad but i kept telling myself- i will be able to eat in 2 more hours "just two more hours!" "just 1 more hour" "just 15 minutes"!

i found the afternoons the most difficult. i can feel my stomach growling at night before bedtime but it felt good in a way where i imagined that it was my fat trying to escape. lol

i drank so much water and was freezing all the time. i started wearing my winter coat after i drank water because that's how cold i was and it didn't help my husband likes the house cold.

i just stepped on the scale and it said 122.6! so i'm not sure how i lost a pound since i woke up but THIS is the biggest motivator for me to keep going.

i don't want to stop. i don't want to wait the 3 or 6 weeks to do another round nor do i want to cycle or plan interrupt. i think i will keep going...

so thats my story and my results!

hope some of you who aren't having huge losses read this and hang in there as it will come.. even if its superslow.. it does happen!

Good for you! If you're feeling well, head stiill in it, and you're losing, keep going! I try to ride the wave as long as I'm happy, feel good and not frustratingly stalled. I'd love to do a long round, but life always gets in the way!

thanks so much for the support guys! i love that everyone here is so helpful.

it just seems easier for me to keep going then to start all over. like.. the stopped weight loss, the loading, the waiting period between rounds. plus i'm kind of afraid of p3 and am reading up about JUDD

just can't wait to get to my goal. i really do look forward every morning weigh in.

whats strange is that the majority here here loses the most first week but i lost the most my third week!

julie! i'm from glendale AZ. i moved to new jersey a few years ago for hubbies job but i do miss AZ.

I did a 63 day round my first time to get to goal. I felt the same way you did--it wasn't hard anymore and I was VERY motivated so I just kept going
