my first 23 days of hhcg results..
today is VLCD 21 days for me and i lost 11 pounds! not as impressive as some of the losses you guys have here but i am quite happy.
i started at 134.4 with loading and weighted in this morning at 123.6. my goal is 110-115. the 3 weeks flew by pretty fast. i didn't lose much the first two weeks and i think its because i had a lot of lean beef. just this past week i started tracking my calories. this resulted in me losing 3 pounds in the past 5 days. i found that really helped me keep track of not going over 500 calories. i stopped eating the lean beef and ate a lot of shrimp instead. i was getting discouraged when i first started the hhcg and reading about you guys losing a pound a day etc. but now realize it was probably eating the beef 2x a day that put me over the 500 calories. i went a little rogue- in that i had 4 tablespoons of fatfree half and half a day and half a cup of almond milk for the other two cups of coffee. i also had 8 pistachios a day. i also mixed an onion with spinach. but i never went over 500 calories (this past week since i had the calorie calculator). i was hungry at times and fantasized about foods a lot!- lol. it made me want to eat really bad but i kept telling myself- i will be able to eat in 2 more hours "just two more hours!" "just 1 more hour" "just 15 minutes"! i found the afternoons the most difficult. i can feel my stomach growling at night before bedtime but it felt good in a way where i imagined that it was my fat trying to escape. lol i drank so much water and was freezing all the time. i started wearing my winter coat after i drank water because that's how cold i was and it didn't help my husband likes the house cold. i just stepped on the scale and it said 122.6! so i'm not sure how i lost a pound since i woke up but THIS is the biggest motivator for me to keep going. i don't want to stop. i don't want to wait the 3 or 6 weeks to do another round nor do i want to cycle or plan interrupt. i think i will keep going :) so thats my story and my results! hope some of you who aren't having huge losses read this and hang in there as it will come :) |
That is great!!! Congratulations!!!!

Congratulations on your loss!

Congrats!
I hope that when I reach the 23 day mark that I have that same desire that you have, to keep going and pushing on, because right now on day 5 I'm going from "Oh I'll do a 30 day round" to "maybe I'll just do a 25 day round.." simply because I'm wanting to eat a little more normally lol. I suppose my choice at that time will hinge on how well I've lost. |
Good for you! Youre doing great. Its tough when you compare with some others who lose really fast. It's way better to simply remember where you were a few weeks ago. I'm probably going to extend too. A bit greedy for bigger losses, but torn since I really want to go to P3. But, I'd like to strike while the iron is hot! Assuming no major stalls, that is ;).
