P3 and still losing
 
Is it normal to lose during P3. Scale is 193.5 today.....:(

How much are you losing? What's your LDW? Are you just starting P3.

There are different school of thoughts on losing in P3. Generally it's supposed to be a phase where you lock in your LDW and make it a set point, so down the road if you do regain you'll theoretically stop there. Many also worry that the weight you lose during P3 isn't fat, but good tissues or muscle.

JMO, but if you're planning further rounds and eating enough to feel well and satisfied, I think it's ok. I wouldn't advise intentionally restricting calories, but if you're eating "enough" and your body is still willing to let some weight go, I'd go w. it.

Hi Julie. My last LDW is 195. Today I'm 194. I ate over 1100 calories yesterday. Trust me, I'm not complaining about losing but I'm really trying to lock in my weight.

On another note, the inches are continuing to melt away. My thighs, tummy, arms look as though I've had mini-lipo...absolutely amazing!

You're doing fine. You're supposed to stay +/- 2lbs from LDW. You're still in range, so no worries at all! Enjoy that inch loss too! My favorite part!! :up:

Me too! I'm more impressed by the lost inches. I don't look 194...more like 175. My coworker just commented on how loose my jeans are. She's asked several times how am I losing so much weight because according to her, she can't lose a pound. She's on the paleo diet??? I'm apprehensive to tell her about the protocol because she's extremely anti everything....medication, processed foods, sugary drinks, etc.
