Lemon Rosemary Chicken

Over the weekend I grilled some chicken using this marinade adapted from Food Network.
Juice on 1 lemon
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of dried rosemary (could use oregano,or other dried herb)
2 cloves of garlic minced
pinch of kosher salt
fresh ground pepper
For P3 add 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Marinate chicken for 1 hour and grill or bake.
Enjoy!

Definitely going to use this recipe when I do another round.
