working out at lunch
OK newbie here...so if I'm already in the habit of walking at work lunch ( i do hills) ...when I start the HCG, will my body already be used to that kind of high heart rate work out? and wont start feeding off muscles and go into starvation mode?
I'm not trying to speed up the weight loss with the lunch walks...it just keeps me motivated and keeps me way from snacks. |
working out follow up question...
same question....only muscle related
If I'm already used to lifting weights at the gym to stay toned...I start using HCG and follow the protocol....will I be hurting my progress with the low cal intake? I've read where you need to stay away from introducing something new....but since my body is used to it and expecting it....what would happen? |
For me I just kept in the exercise I was used to doing before P2 which was at least 1-3 miles of daily walking. I didn't weigh daily only weekly and I did a little over a 40 day round and lost 28 lbs. I won't give up my exercising in P2 but everyone is different.I don't know the answer to starvation mode of feeding off one's muscles, maybe a veteran Hcger can help with that one. :dunno:

You can keep doing whatever your body is used to. If you feel week or worn out, dial it back a bit. I lift pretty heavy when I'm eating :D so I do lighter weights and shorter cardio on P2. Only worked out once last week.
You definitely want to listen to your body. It's such a short time to do the protocol. Do it as well as you can, and you'll do just fine!! |
