You look so cute!

I am slightly envious of your height, I just barely make 5'3" and STILL have that shirt problem (I just bought a bunch of new tanks specifically for layering under things). If you have a long torso it is very common for trouble spots to be thighs and butt. I have a short torso and long limbs, so my trouble spot is my waist and chest, but my legs remain slim because they are comparably long

Body dimensions and proportions are FUN!

Thanks! I really hated being so tall when I was young. I was like 5'5 when I was 12. I felt like a freak. Now I wear my 5" heels no problem. I don't mind being over 6' in them. But I ALWAYS date guys who are much taller for this reason.

I definitely have issues in the thigh and lower tummy area, although my butt tends to be a bit flat, thanks to my mothers genes lol I'm quite chesty though. I just have a very difficult to dress body.

Interesting. I've been trying to find some study comparing the effectiveness of Rx vs. hhcg. Many have done both w. comparable results. The long term success differences would be great info to find. I know there're too many variables btw the 2 groups for the anectdotal evidence to be reliable. Lots of possible reasons the Rx group might do better. The financial investment being higher w. Rx, Dr's care and follow up help adherance and maintenance. I'd love for there to be some more long term success stories, w/ either method, that we could review. I wonder just how many people have successfully maintained their losses long term (over 2-3 years). The scientist in me always wants to research and compare things.

I know right? I swear my body has rocks in it LOL I wouldn't lift weights if someone paid me. I'm not into the whole working out and getting sweaty thing lol I'm a bit of a princess that way.

I have thought about getting a new scale. The one we have is super old and digital and all screwy. hmmm

I had another good loss this morning, down 1.5. So that's load weight gone plus a teeny bit more. Now I feel like I'm on my way for this round. So far so good. No cheating, staying on plan. Today I will go to Crossfit, I hope I have the energy to power through my workout. We'll see. Off to work! Have a great day, everyone!

I ended up above my window a few times from holidays in P4. Doing Atkins induction as essentially a long set of correction days (for a week or two) worked marvelously, FYI

Awe, it's still a loss, just a 'baby' loss . I'd actually recommend scale skipping, and then if you're still about the same in a few days do your apple day. That might drive you less insane than watching the scale not move.

I am the same today which is ok as it is still two lbs under my ldw of 254.8.

Tomorrow is my 1st day on PH3 but plan to eat vlc then too. We leave Friday morning bright and early as it is a nine hour drive to Wichita. But excited

So I will see everyone when I get home and I am taking my scales with me.We have a suite so I can still weigh in every morning!

OH I forgot.... I did not put a LDW down on my avi as I am continuing PH2 upon arriving home.

It's happened, ladies! The scale has finally responded more normally for me . I'm bounced back up to 165.4, though I was perfectly on plan yesterday.

There are two obvious culprits - 1) I exercised at 8:30 at night and 2) I'm a little backed up

Tomorrow should be back down, I'm not too worried

I am 2 under my LDW but still have 2 of the four on I gained over the 4th. I still don't understand how I only gained one lb through BOTH loading days and gained 4 lbs overnight on the 4th? It had to be the marshmallows and homemade icecream as the only other things I ate were a burger and bratwurst.I ate them rolled up in lettuce leaves! But is't over now. How are things going with you? From your last post you were doing amazingly well. We will get there

When I get back I am doing a completely CLEAN PH2 until this vial runs out. Then PH is going to be as low carb as I can take. And I will add one thing back in at a time.I did not do that last round.But really didn't know how to go about it. But now that I have the book I do.

Also DH just called and I am so aggravated. the Motel called and said they had to cancel our suite that their computer was on the blink and it was filled up So now we have to find a motel when we get there. That could be a little hard to do.Also the one where we were going to stay was on a Military Base and we only have to pay 45.00 a night for a beautiful suite.... 35.00 for a regular room(DH retired from military)
BUT now it will 75 -100 or more.We may be back sooner than we thought

You know it really amazes me that I still have no hunger? And I have been off the HCG since Sunday the 8th? That is amazing.

As for the straight and narrow.....
My plan is meat and veggies. Big mixed up salads like a chef salad and ranch dressing And breakfasts will always be eaten out.... so bacon & eggs, steak & eggs, ham& eggs or Ham and cheese omolets OH and I can't forget my Whipping cream in my coffee(spelling)AND biscuits and gravy (just kidding )Did that make your head pop up and mouth drop open

You hang in there too... as you know it will give you a whoosh soon

This morning when I weighed myself it said 184. I almost fell off the scale!!!! I weighed myself again and it said 185. So I'm going with the second one. Which is still 1.4 less than yesterday.

My TOM is finally leaving, so I think that PLUS the fact that I've been having almost no soda and I've been drinking lots and lots of water is the key here. So it's day 17 today and I've lost 10 pounds, although I'm only 3 below my preload weight. Once I hit 182, I'll have lost 50 pounds. :jump joy:

I think I will die of shock (hopefully not) when I get to 179. I haven't been in the 170's since I was... 13?

Hey guys! Today is my first day without a shot, but still on VLCD. I'm not hungry yet and I haven't eaten anything.

My weight stayed the same. I was totally on plan, though. I did the sample T Tapp workout on her website and that's the first time I've exercised the whole round. I have a raging headache today and my sleep was terrible. Not sure what that's all about.

I'm going to take the girls to see Brave today. The smell of popcorn is sure to be torturous, but I will survive.

Well, my apple netted me a loss of.......1.6 lbs!!!! WooHoo!! I didn't feel as if I dropped that much because I was not in the bathroom all day like I expected to be. But I did drop. I am hoping it is ALL downhill from here!! It was a nice boost to see 127 point anything on the scale instead of the darned 128 So glad that is over with!!!

Taryl--those pics are so great!!! You look fantastic!!!

I see some nice losses going on in here. Let's see some more tomorrow. Stay on plan today and we can do it!!!

That's the way it's supposed to work, Berta! . The hCG stays in your system for 72 hours, so its effects last that long. It is also why we need to transition off the hCG before resuming normal eating, or we will gain rapidly.

This is why I'm such a proponent of rXhCG instead of hhCG, it just works more reliably and predictably, I think. I say this even after a comparably rough start on rX this go around

Hi friend

I am doing good. I am on a planned interruption for now. On Sunday & Monday I stopped drops/ate 500 cals. T, W, Th, & F are pretty much P3 days. I am trying to eat enough, but this is where I struggle the most. I am not hungry for the most part. Right around meal times...which is good. And nothing sounds good. I had made a few mistakes last p3 also. I had low carb in my brain, and added low carb starches & peanut butter...which caused my weight to fluctuate, but not over 2.4 ever...I panicked & did a steak day, then lost back down below LDW...but all in all it does stress me out...lol.

So far, I ate:
egg/bacon, ceasar salad, baked chicken thighs, mashed cauliflower w/butter & smidge of cr. cheese (so good!), and bacon grease gr. beans yesterday...oh yeah & about an inch square of the cocoa crack I made last P3 which is in freezer...all of this yesterday.

Today was scrambled egg, smidge of cheese, salsa, sausage, and fried chicken wings, and will have jalapeno sausage & mashed cauliflower for dinner...oh yeah...a TBSP. of almond butter (my peanut butter fix substitue).

That being said...I am already wiped-out & tired of eating and being so full all the time...lol.

I STS for 2 days, then I was up .6 yesterday, but this morning I was back down .6...so exactly at my LDW. I figure I will be able to maintain, and then jump back to P2 on Sat. and lose 1-2 lbs. more by Monday. (I need to lose at least .2 each week in order to stay in a $50 prize contest at T.O.P.S...lol)

That is a bummer about the hotel. Hopefully you will find something soon. We had that happen one time when we had gotten some killer rates...but after my hubby talked to Corporate we were back in...lol. My hubby has a way with people on the phone...I would have been madder than a hornet...lol. It's amazing what he can talk people into on the phone Even the ones I have fought with over & over...he calls them & gets results...men...grrrr.

Anyhoo...have a great trip if I don't talk to you before then. BE SAFE!

hi guys! VLCD13 here for me and i've only lost 5 pounds but thats ok, i'll take it!

i had lunch - lean beef with cabbage a few hours ago and just now- was so bored i felt like eating, so i ate a bowl of spinach w/some waldens farm dressing. i think the spinach is only 20 calories.

is this a big no no? 20 calories doesn't seem much and i still want to eat more spinach w/chicken for dinner.

Boredom eating in the first place is a no no.

I'm down to 184.4 today. I can't even remember myself being so little. My head just about exploded when I saw that this morning! It's making me SO motivated to get down to 179. I'd love to do it before I finish this round. That would be uhhhhmazing!
