What's your clean menu?

I see people saying that they "eat clean" for the day. I am curious as to what your menu looks like when you eat clean? What do you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks? I am still trying to sort out a good clean menu.
Thanks!

My eating clean is:

Protocol food only-1 meat, 1 veggie, 1 fruit, & 1 starch for lunch and the same for dinner. Nothing processed for me.

i.e. 3 oz. chix breast, 8 grape tomatoes, an apple, and 2 melba rounds

HTH

P3 Clean for me is simple low carb - no sauces/condiments/cheese/dairy

Example clean day -

B - egg and veggie (scrambled with zucchini/onion)
L - salad with protein (mixed greens with chicken)
D - protein with veggie side (steak and tomatoes)

It depends on what you phase you are talking about. When I say eating clean in P2 I mean following the protocol. That means, all the foods on the list in the amounts you are supposed to be getting. In P3, I talk about clean eating all the time. In that frame of reference I am talking about eating only P3 foods and that means no sugar and no starches with cheese and nuts being off the menu. Those are known triggers or common stallers.

So....what phase are you on????

Well then. Clean eating in P3 to me means--no nuts no cheese as well as the no sugar no starch rule. I suggest doing those every day after a correction day. It helps to "lock in the losses" of the CD.

Dawn,
Thanks but I know the rules. I should be more clear...what does you menu look like? How much of lean protein, veggies do eat in grams/ounces? How are they prepped? I am looking for new foods and like to hear what others are eating to see if there is some foods I haven't thought to add yet.

I'm still relatively new into P4, about four months, but have never done a "steak" or other "correction" day per se.

If I bounce over two pounds, say after a weekend away or something, I'll do a day where I have tuna and salad with ranch dressing for lunch. Protein, sometimes an eight ounce steak or preferably chicken with vegetables for dinner. One fruit for the day. That's it and lots of water.

Next day it's more food, but no starch, including starchy vegetables, no added sugars, no cheese, no nuts. So an egg white omelette with vegies for breakfast or lunch. Large salad with lots of stuff in it for lunch or dinner. Probably a bowl of Greek yogurt with some berries for my third meal. Usually an extra fruit in there somewhere, usually grapefruit or an apple.

If I follow that regime for about four days and make sure I do my 2.5 mile a day walk, so far I'm back down to my goal weight, anywhere from two to four pounds lost.

ANd I personally don't eat as much fat as many people do here. I eat red meat only occasionally, never stuff like bacon, use egg whites instead of whole eggs and fat free Greek yogurt.

I'm not saying it's gospel but it works for me.
