26.5 pounds gone.....

Just a quick update. I'm down 26.5 pounds since June 11, 2012....I'm going to continue on until I'm burnt out. Appetite is gone...All I've eaten today is a pink grapefruit. I've drank 64 oz of water and one cup of coffee. I will definitely eat some protein before the day is over, just for the fuel.

Finally received the backup pellets I ordered two weeks ago. I think I'll order two more just in case.

No scale victories: Went from a tight size 16 to a tight 12...They're too tight for me to wear comfortably without feeling like a walking smoke sausage but I'm in them. The last time I tried them on, they wouldn't go past the widest part of my thighs.

I did eat off plan on the fourth and I expected to see a huge gain. I had 3 sunkist orange sodas, 3 small ribs and approx. 3 tbsp of baked beans, two spoons of potato salad and lets not forget the hunk of carrot cake. My gain was .5 on the scale the next day. The pellets are amazing....

Congrats on losing so much! I wish I was that lucky. But my next round will be just as successful!
Which pellets are you using?

Thank you Desma. I was planning on moving to P3 this week but decided to hold off because I wanted to get under 200. Unforutunately, Granny (TOM) came on Monday and the 100's are evading me. I've been bouncing between 201.5 and 203 most of the week. However, she's now gone and I'm back at 201.5. Hopefully, i'll see the 100's before Monday. I'm more than confident I will. I would like to go into P3 weight at least 197...so we shall see.

It's official. I've lost 28 pounds in round 1. I wanted to weigh 196 before going into P3 and I weighed in at 196.5 this morning. Woo Hoo! Never thought I'd see the 100's again. It was so easy this round.

Now I'm undecided...should I continue P2 or move on to P3?

If I am still losing well...2-3+ lbs. or more per week...I usually continue on. As my weight loss really slows...I start thinking about transitioning off. Of course that all depends on how tired you are of protocol food

Hi Angela. I was planning start p3 today but found myself eating protocol foods. LOL So I think I'll continue on until I'm sick and tired of p2 foods. I had one blip today. I ate an entire ruby red grapefruit for my first fruit, so I'll skip my second fruit for the day. Hopefully, it doesn't effect my loss tomorrow.

Okay! I've never made it to phase 3 in my prior attempts on the protocol. Today is P3D1. My weight this morning was 195 even...Woo Hoo!!!! I'm ecstatic! I've lost a total of 29.5 pounds this round. I've exceeded my initial goal of only losing 20-25 pounds but I'm not complaining. Ideally, I wanted to see the 180's at the end of the round but i'm growing weary and tired of P2 foods. I stopped taking the pellets on Sunday evening.....

My only issue so far has been eating more protein. I'm finding myself continuing to eat P2 style because it's become a habit. Right now I have a baked chicken breast and an apple sitting on my desk. LOL I'll attempt to eat more for dinner.

Drops verses pellets?

The first time I did this I used the injections and wasn't hungry at all. So I am thinking my drops aren't that good and I was considering the pellets this time and I was going to order from Intermountain this time.
