I believe that if you already exercise...then continue while on P2. Your body is used to it. Those that have not been exercising before P2...it is best to wait, and/or do very light exercising...i.e. walking, light weights, non-strenuous, etc.

Please lose the cap locks, it makes your post hard to read and is poor Internet etiquette (it comes across as shouting ).

If your body is used to that level of exercise you can continue it if you feel fine, but most of us have to dial back our exercise in P2 due to weakness and fatigue. Do NOT monkey around with the calories, that's a recipe for problems. Stick to the protocol as written and adjust your exercise accordingly. I still get in a workout each day on P2, but just lower the intensity. It still FEELS like I'm working out really hard because my energy is lower, so the lesser intensity of my workout matches my abilities nicely during this phase.
