Hey Girls!

I'm hope you're all doing well!! I'm home from Mexico. Had an amazing time!! God is so good!

I'm working back down. I'm 4lbs above window, but also very fibery (had 3 Quest bars yesterday) and sore muscles. I may ride this into the gym and add back some weight training as I'm already sore and builiding strength .

Keep plugging away!

I'm so glad you had a great trip! 4 pounds doesn't sound bad for the options you had...prolly mostly water weight. Glad you are home safe and sound!

Just saying hi to everyone!

I'm losing -- slowly, but steadily -- and have about 6 lbs to go to get back to my high goal of 110. I'd still prefer to be at 105, but that can come in time.

Missing all you ladies!

Yeah, I'm excited about it too. And the best part is that most of my clothes fit at 110, so that's only about 6 lbs away.

I'm hoping these last 10 lbs come off without too much struggle ... so far, so good. I think getting the thyroid medicated is making a huge difference.

I'm doing this sanely, so I doubt I'll have too much trouble maintaining... at least I hope I won't.

2 teenagers is difficult! One blames me for everything and the other responds in snorts, snuffles, hums, and whistles.

Right now I'm low calories again (900-1100 during week). I've decided on a two week on, one week off schedule. So glad kids bdays are past...that was too many "just one bites" and "just one day off".

Just wanted to check in. 31 weeks and 2 days and ready to meet my little princess. We had a 4D ultrasound yesterday and it was amazing. Stella looks just like her brother and daddy
I'm having morning sickness again as of last week which is awful but I'm greatful dh is home to help now.
Weight gain is practically non existant and I doubt ill gain more than 2-3 more pounds. That makes me happy and will leave me with about 20 pounds to tackle later on.

Going to try to catch up here. Can't wait to join you all!

DP-woohoo!! So happy to hear dh is home, baby is doing well, and not gaining? WOW!! Sorry you're sick again, but hopefully it'll pass. In the "home stretch"!! So excited for you!

Hope you're all doing well here in post-hcg land!! I'm struggling, but not giving up. Trying to avoid the vicious "regain, go ahead and load for another round" syndrome . Trying egg day today, as a mini-FF (lots of mayo in my egg salad). Hope to be back in window soon.

Wow, look at my granddaughter due 11-20. Her daddy is in the military too. Bless our soldiers! Sorry you have the morning sickness so late in the game.

Love those ultrasounds!

When is Stella due?

A mini-sighting!! How're you doing? Hope you're feeling well!!

Chantel!! Congrats on your beautiful grandchild!!

DP-cute baby too! Love the 3D u/s these days!! That's such a nice option!!

I'm doing well. Giving up on my "window" as my body seems to really like 146lbs. Works for me! I have been eating too much sugar this week, but my body still gravitates toward 146. Today I'm up 2lbs from that but had my first starch last night (prob. too late) and WAY too many choc raisins. Those things are evil!! So, eating clean LC today - and baking myself silly. Made 3 baked chicken thigh/legs, chorizo and bacon quiche and a yummy chorizo chicken casserole Jeanette recommended. Should be a yummy day!!

Hope you're doing well!!
