Hi! My name is Christy and I'm on day 19 of my first round. It was going along great until I got close to my TOM. I started today so I'm hoping that things will get moving again soon!
I have a LOT to lose! I have been on LCF before when I was doing a low carb diet. Back then I lost 60 pounds. I slowly gained back 30 of it and then between February and April I gained 25 pounds when my thyroid went crazy. My meds are back on track now but I've still got the weight to deal with. It was incredibly disheartening to start this plan at the exact same weight as I started the low carb. I'm doing prescription injections through my awesome doctor. I've lost 14.4 pounds so far. But here's what the past four days have looked like: day 15 - lost 1 pound for 13.8 total day 16 - gained .6 for 13.2 total day 17 - lost .8 for 14 total day 18 - gained .4 for 13.6 total day 19 - lost .8 for 14.4 total Up until that point I had lost basically a pound a day, so now I feel like I'm losing time! So frustrating!! But I'm trying to just be grateful for what I've lost so far and am hoping to make up for it once I get some of the water retention gone. My doc measures my fat loss and as of last Tuesday I had lost 10 pounds of FAT!! That is exciting! So I will keep plugging along. I haven't gone off plan yet, so why start now? I've followed this thread for the past two weeks, so I figured it was time to jump in lest I become a stalker! I'm a sahm of 2 girls. They are 7 and 10, home for the summer and wearing me out!! In addition to my weight I have a number of health issues I'm dealing with. I love to take pictures of my kids, digital scrapbook, read and watch all sorts of ridiculous tv shows! Looking forward to getting to know you all!! |

Sometimes I like to pick up my dog to keep myself on track. He's 18 pounds. I've lost 44 so far. That just puts my brain in perspective. I've done so well. I also like to think about in the winter time when his paws get frozen walking home on snow and I have to pick him up, how exhausted I am by the time I get home from just 3 blocks away. I've lost almost 3 of my dogs in weight! I just think about how much easier that is on my body. I've been perfectly on plan today. I'm still quite constipated, so hopefully something will change tomorrow and I'll see a good drop, since I'm only 1lb below my preload weight. Two people complimented my purse today. I think once I finally hit my goal weight, I shall buy myself a pair of Louboutins, since I'll be light enough to walk in them (or stand in one place and look pretty) haahahahha! ![]() |

hey guys,
I just got my drops in the mail today for my first round and am so so nervous. I have been lurking for a few days and see that you guys have had great results and know so much about this program I just need a little reassurance. I ordered drops from intermountain because I had heard good things about them on the site but I'm still scared that homeopathic drops won't work or that I won't get the dosage right. has anyone used this brand before who could provide me some dosing advice? I'm TERRIFIED that if I load the next two days and the drops don't work for me I'll just be up 6 or so lbs. I am definitely a believer in hcg I'm just nervous about the homeopathic drops vs rx! I know this isn't a p2 related question but it seemed best to ask people with experience!!!! thank you SO much in advance lisa |

Many many of the other ladies on here use them and they have done great. Don't be afraid.Just load right.... eat fatty foods not sweets. But you can have sweets. But cream cheese, avacados, fat meat, fried chicken with the skin, whipping cream in your coffee or mix it with cream cheese and stuff strawberries ![]() I was hungry constantly my first round but I did not keep my load days down. I was not use to so much fat and it made me sick So I think I would have done better had it not been for that

Made my first mini goal this morning 250.8. A little over BUT it's still 250 AT LAST![]() ![]() Now I have to change it to 240 So far I have only lost 10lbs this round butI still have until Sunday the 8th to loose too ![]() Then when I get back from my interuption I may continue.Still un-decided![]() Quote:
![]() ![]() ON Hemopathic it is 15-20 minutes before eating or drinking anything and the same after you take them. ON RX it is 3-5 min. I take mine as soon as I get up go to bathroom and weigh by then it usually time to drink my coffee, BUT I am on RX HCG. You should weigh the same time every day and get at least 8 hours sleep too. Best wishes to you!!!! ![]() Quote:

Good morning! I'm down to 170.4 this morning, which is 1.4 pounds down, if I am calculating correctly. Can't complain.
I had another meeting last night complete with pizza and cheesecake. It looked divine, but even having to cut it and feed my kids I somehow managed to stay on plan. I ended up eating a lemon to keep my mouth busy (not strictly protocol but close enough that it was the absolute best I could do under the circumstances) and some grape tomatoes, had a little of one crust as a 'grissini' and ate my chicken at home before going. I just had to remind myself that all of those foods can be eaten later, but P2 is the time to give it my all. I have another half dozen similar events full of junk food this months and we'll see what happens, but my plan is to stay 'on' for them, too. I am noticing slightly more hunger and cravings on this round, unfortunately, and I can't tell if it is the way I am dosing (sublingual, where before I did subcutaneous) or if it just so happens to be a tougher round in general. I am also on a fairly empty fridge and struggling to get veggies in because I need to go shopping, so I am not eating as large of servings of them as I think I should. But either way I am disliking being hungry, though it isn't bad it is noticeable.

Load day one and I forgot to take my hhcg... oopsie!
I'll be joining you all on 7/5 after a 3 week P3. It was going to be a 2 week interruption, but hey! Why not try something new, right? Star~ I do not eat or drink anything 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after taking my pellets. |

Anyway, I think I accidentally ended up with a high-protein day yesterday with almost ~400g of fish anyway since I did not have fruit and grissini and had some calories to spare (and I was hungry at dinner time). Today, I am down .8 on D14. Not sure they are related, but I am happy to see the scale finally going down again after 3 days |

Lisa. Hope you have a good round. I've done drops in the past w. good success. I'm doing pellets this round. Just took my first dose. Berta-congratulations!! That's a great accomplishment!! You're doing well!! ![]() Manders-you're doing great!! I'm w. you. There are so few "treats" that I can enjoy in P2, a Diet Pepsi or coffee is of minimal impact for me. I don't seem to have additional hunger or stalls from them. But, then again, I keep my lotions and shampoo/conditioner t/o my P2's. I don't think the brief time they're on my skin impacts my digestive system. I'm such a rebel ![]() Christy- I'm a SAHM to 2 girls too! 12 and 9 for me . We homeschool too, so I'm w. them a lot. Such a fun stage of life!! Enjoying it immensely!! I hope hcg is the key for you. It's so hard to gain and relose. Frustrating too!! BTDT! I'm hypo too and my meds don't help w. weightloss . Wish they did!! Dawn-how's it going? I'll be VLC w. you soon! Amy- Congrats!! You've inspired me!I'm enjoying load day 1. Not going too crazy, but I've had GY so far which I will miss greatly the next 3 weeks I also had cream in my coffee. Sigh. I'm not too sure what the rest of the next 2 days will bring, but tomorrow is my anniversary so I'm sure we'll be indulging a bit. Then, onward and downward I go!! Looking forward to losing w. you all!

Hello All,
Congratulations on those great losses and staying on track with such temptations. I have been staying away from diet drinks. When I'm out, I'll have coffee/stevia or water. When I'm home, I drink a mix of green tea/water/lemon/stevia. I also brew coffee and keep it in the fridge so I can enjoy an iced coffee. I ended the week at 173 and stayed the same Sunday and Monday. I was getting a little discouraged so it was nice to see the scale move to 172 today. Looking forward to a good week. |
