which oil free soaps and conditioners do you use?
It's my first round and hopefully my only (I want to lose about 25 lbs) and I want to do everything perfectly! I found oil free deodorant and cinnamon toothpaste/mouthwash at whole foods today, but there were SO many shampoos and conditioners etc and I totally didn't have the patience to look at 1000 labels. Any recommendations? I have dry curly hair so giving up conditioners definitely not an option for me.
Also, regarding loading...I only eat paleo now (no dairy, grains or sugar), so I'm assuming I should keep it that way those two days right? THANK YOU! :) |
I used Dial liquid soap, the blue one smells good :)
I used olay oil free face wash (in a tube) I used my regular shampoo and conditioner (Herbal essence) for all three rounds and never had any issues. My makeup was also oil free clinique and I used carmex (the one in the tub) as my lip gloss. I used sensitive skin clear Almay deoderant (the unscented one) I also used clinique face moisturizer for rosacea (oil free) As for loading make sure you add enough fats!! So so so important!!! Up the calories, eat avocados, coconut oil, etc. Lots of it! |
Dial soap
Alberto V05 shampoo and conditioner--green tea in shower right now After shower, the Dove makes a leave in conditioner spray with oils. I will sometimes spray that on my hair to get it untangled. It is a spray so I can direct it to my hair and not my scalp and body. lotion--baby oil. The Johnson and Johnson company make a creamy baby oil which is more lotiony, if you want more than an oil to slather on. Yes, on the loading emphasize fats and NOT carbs. You will do well!! I eat lots of coconut oil when loading. I love it!! |
