Not hungry anymore after lowering the dose!

This is my first round. Just thought to share my experience:

I was doing pellets 3x3 for the 1st 5 days and I was super hungry all of the time. I would even get hungry 20min after eating lunch/dinner. So miserable that I thought that there's no way that I could last for 3 weeks.

First I tried to up my dose to 4x3 per day, no help. Lower it to 2x3, a little bit better. Now I think I finally find my sweet spot: 7 pellets per day 3/2/2!

So if you are experiencing hunger don't give up, experiment with the dose. I did tons of googling and the general consensus is to lower it or skip a dose first to see how you feel. If no better or worse up the dose.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I am glad you found a good dose for you. It's very difficult being hungry!

It can change from round to round too. I used the same HHCG first and second rounds. First round, no problem. Second round, I was waking up at night hungry. Decreased the dosage and it got worse Upped it by one drop three times a day from the first round and it was fine.

Definitely has to be experimented with.

Oh yeah! That is great So happy you can finish your round. You will so pleased with what you can accomplish in 21 days---not hungry. Fabulous!! And I am doing the pellets too, so I appreciate you sharing your experience. Thank you!!

does taking a lesser dosage affect the way hhcg works? for example: is it still releasing enough calories into your bloodstream?

Thanks, llanx for the post! Very helpful since I, too, am in my first round. For now, the 3x3 on the pellets seems to be working for me, but if that changes, I'll know what to do. I have found that if I choose to have a diet Pepsi, which I've done twice in my first week, I'm famished the rest of the evening. When I don't drink it, I don't get hungry. Interesting....
