glad I stuck with it
I was about to end my round early last week after struggling with hunger and eating too many fruits, I was eating up to 4 apples per day! I am glad I stuck with it. I did an apple day and now I don't even want to look at an apple, hehe. AND the scale is moving down
3 more pellet days 5 more VLCD. July 1st starts P3. Can't wait to have some avacado and bacon! Those will be my first 2 add in's. No dairy for me. Thanks to everyone who warned me about cutting rounds short. 5 more days does not seem so bad now, might not make goal but I am okay with that.

MiniMonkey-I read that you are doing low carb whole foods now. Have you looked into Primal/paleo? I starting to follow Paleo in P3 (minus the honey/maple syrup for the 1st 3 weeks) I have read 2 books so far and all of it makes sense to me. I always feel better with no grains/dairy. Every P2 of HCG around day 18+ people tell me how glowing my skin looks and I have noticed it doesn't look puffy . I think I know why, I do not need grains (melba) or any dairy so no inflamation!
![]() So glad this round is almost over and hopefully for good!!! I am 4lbs away from the goal I had for myself this round and I don't think I will be hitting it. I will be okay with 2 more but I know once I start working out the scale will go up 4lbs or so. I am at my happy weight as of this morning but need the other 4 to come off before putting them back on, crazy, I know! ![]() |
