Newbie Questions about Correction Days

Hello! My pellets came in the mail today. I am thinking of starting loading tomorrow then on to P2!

I have read so much that I think I am a little confused.

Here are some questions:

Correction Days:

1. Do you do CD during P2?

2. What if you gain more than 2 lbs on P2?

3. Do you do both CD if you lose more than 2 lbs and if you gain more than 2 lbs?

Thanks so much. This is a great forum!

There are no CD's on P2. CD's are designed for P3. Welcome to the board! Have a great round.

Marie is right. Cds are for P3, not for P2 which is the weight loss phase.

5 bottles I lose 15 pounds in every short round i do. I do the 23 day rounds and I reached goal in 3 rounds. You will do terrific!! I have had 4 kids and they were all c-section babies. I have the lower ab pouch that I cannot get rid of. Then hcg came along. My oh my, I never thought I could get that skinny Life events got in the way, so I am relosing my last rounds' weight, but I know I will get there with hcg.

In short answer to your question...I think 1 long round will do it for you. I am sure you can do it!!

Oh, didn't see the question about the scale. I highly recommend using one. Have you got one already? You don't need a fancy dancy one. I used an old type spring kind of scale until I wanted a new digital one. You need to weigh out your portions of protein. Can you get one at Walmart? I got my scale at Bed Bath and Beyond, with my 20% off coupon it was less than $20!! The Biggest Loser scale is really good! And the digital scale--loads better than my old one. But the old one worked just fine.

I recommend the scale too. I got mine at Walmart. 5 bottles will last you a lifetime! Those bottles are good for 2 23 day rounds, minimum. Between my dh and I we have done 4 rounds on 2 bottles, with some left in the 2nd bottle still.

You got them at Netrition? They are no longer going to be selling them due to some legal issues. Hhcg is still being made, but the ones at Netriton are selling at clearance prices.

Dawn, when you say you do a 23 day round, does that mean 23 days of taking the hHCG? (Plus the 2 days of VLCD after, for a total of 25 days?) I'm still a bit confused about the minimum length of a round.

Thank you!

In the P&I he talks of doing 21 effective dose days of protocol. My rounds start with the VLCDs I do not include the load days in my counting of a round. That would be starting with the VLCD and then go til VLCD21. Then the 2 days of P2 after with the 500 calories--that is where I get my number from. This is how it breaks down:

I do 21 days of the hcg + vlcds + 2 non dosing days but staying at 500 calories.

yes- i got them from netrition.

this is my second loading day. i feels so gross eating all this fatty food. bought a huge cheesecake. and ugh. i was eating a low carb diet before starting the hcg diet.

so tomorrow i start p2!

i had a couple of questions.

i know what foods to eat. but am unclear on the protein/veggie per day.

for example. can i eat chicken 2x in one day? and the same veggie 2x a day? or does it have to be chicken 1x (for lunch) and beef or fish 1x (dinner)?

i thought i read you shouldn't repeat your protein?

also how many asparagus is a serving?

thanks!!

You can eat what you want off the list. If you want to eat only chicken for the entire round, you may do so!! You can have only lettuce if that is the only veggie you like. No NEED to switch it up. I usually eat about 4-5 asparagus stalks. Don't like veggies so I know I am not overeating any of them. HTH!
