~~ Rogue HCG/hHCG plans for week of June 25, 2012 ~~
We have a very fresh new thread to go with many of us who are starting over fresh in a new P2 round. Today (well, in the morning when I wake up) will be my first VLCD of this P2. I am stuffed to the gills after my load and I will remember how awful this feeling really is when I'm eating so little and have the pleasurable sensation of a flat, empty gut.
So let's see how far we can get in this next P2!!! And when we get to the end and ease on into P3, may we all learn the value of NEVER packing on a single lb above our 2-lb window, FOREVER! I am going to focus on that and never again be faced with losing "regain weight" again. I've blown 3/4 of a year monkeying around with THAT nonsense. Enough already! I will not say, "I've lost 14 lbs so far this round, but it's all regain." No, I will count them as if they truly are lbs of fat, because after all this time of fighting with them, they have become all-too real. What I lost in the past doesn't matter. I know what I have to get off of me now and I hereby relinquish all those crazy notions from this moment forward. Let's get this show on the road! I will weigh in the morning but I don't really want to see what this load has done to me. But I will weigh and take my measurements; if not today, then Tuesday am. My goal is to be securely in the 150's by the time I turn 50 on August 1st. I hope to God that I can achieve it and never lose sight of how much I need to get to VFT again. My lowest weight along this weight loss journey was reached at the beginning of September, 2011. I saw the 150's for all of one day. That was the end of that! This time, I'm going to grab onto the 50's for dear life and maintain there until I'm good and ready to take off the last 15 or so lbs. I will be roguing this round and will be eating pretty much what I want in ever-so-small portions. We'll see where it takes me. So what are your goals for this round and how do you plan to reach them? I am also going to be using my treadmill after this first few days, once a lot of the water bloat is out of my system. |
I'm in! No hcg for me right now, I am attempting JUDDD. I will be absolutely honest -- I'm not sure this is the plan for me, but I am attempting to stick it out. I am low carbing, and will be starting to count calories on my up days tomorrow, so they don't turn into feeding frenzies -- wish me luck! Oh, and I am back in the gym at full tilt, which I am LOVING!
GO Cheryl! You can do this, I know you can! Your head is in the right place, so now all that is left is to DO IT :) |
Wanted to mark my spot in the new thread! Good luck to everyone starting p2. I don't envy you
|
Wow! I like what you've done to the place! nice and big and spiff and ....well... kinda empty for now. but it will fill up fast. lol. ttyl. gotta run out for an early morning interview today. wish me luck. I could be happy with this job. (right now, I could be happy with almost any. lol. I just need a regular paycheck.)
another day of P3 for me. |
Marking a spot in the new thread too!
You can do it Cheryl! Here to root you on!! |
Subbin in after a long "detox" from lcf lol!
I'm up 9 pounds from my lowest low back in March. Don't know what I'm going to do but I know if I hang onto this thread long enough I WILL get inspired. Currently doing a bible study on "Made to Crave" (God that is, rather than food) so it seems time to do more than simply track my food and watch my weight fluctuate. I still fit my size 8s but really want to get rid of that waist belly fat. :) :) :) |
Welcome back Paula, nice to see you here!!

:hiya:
thank you for the shiny new thread, cheryl. :D i, too am so so done with this gaining trend...even tho i'm not entirely sure how it happened as i was juddd'ing a lot of it and was totally faithful to DDs. :dunno:  but no more messing around...i want to stop this train wreck before it gets worse. hoping to get my patches no later than wednesday. my plan, too, is rogue.... i have a list of foods to choose from so i don't have to wrack my brain each day to figure it out. i got dh a shiny new grill for father's day so i will grill up a ton of chicken so i just have to cut it up and measure it out each day. i will eat grilled chicken once a day and 93/7 ground beef once a day. 5oz of each. my fruit each day will be strawberries. i was reading on another thread someone mentioning that apples led them to always feeling hungry, i think that's a real possibility for me so i won't be using apples. i will have my strawberries as follows: 1 cup of whole, unsweetened strawberries, 1 cup of so delicious unsweetened coconut milk, 1 packet wild strawberry crystal light. whirl this in a blender. it's one of the BEST 'shakes' have ever made. i will occasionally add liquid egg whites to it for more of a meal if needed. other foods to choose from when i don't have either chicken or ground beef: cucumbers, celery, 1.5 oz cream cheese (i need fat for mental well being), turkey pepper jack smoked sausage in a 45 cal mini pita (110 cal for the sausage, 45 cal for the pita) with sf ketchup, wraps make with one whole lavash wrap (100 cals) stuffed with turkey pepperoni, smoked turkey lunch meat, veggies, light miracle whip, i will use guy's bbq sauce (from netrition) with my chicken breast. i will allow no more than 800 cals. i will have 1/4c regular HH in my coffee each morning. so that's my plan. taking the saying 'failing to plan is a plan to fail' seriously. so i will continue to refine these plans as needed. |
:hugs: hey, paula!!
i totally agree with you post. |
Thank you for the nice new thread, Cheryl!!
I will be loading Thursday and Friday of this week!! I will post my start weight as of Saturday morning. |

Subbing in, want to say YOU GO GIRL! to all of you starting a fresh P2, and HI to Paula, you had many of us worried you blew away in a tornado so happy to see you back!
I'm UP UP UP booooo but working out pretty hardcore and eating clean so expect to see the number drop. I cheated a bit on Saturday which normally wouldn't affect me too badly but I was still up from Father's Day and I had toooo much wine. Fun news, I plan to sign up for my first 5K in August! It's the Color Run, have any of you heard of it? It's just for fun and don't plan to run balls to the wall (since I'm not a runner) but I am really excited about it. I am very interested to see how the hcg patches work! May have to consider those for a quick round in the fall time if I can't get down the old fashioned way. |
place marker, thanks for the new start, Cheryl

Newby here
I am new to this thread and hope I can find my way back to it once I leave out of here. I lost 80 pounds in 2011 on the HCG injections. I did real well until I got off the program in September. Between September of 2011 and right now, I have put on 25-27 pounds! My clothes no longer fit and I did not keep the larger sizes. I am in a pickle so to speak.
I am about to start over but having dental issues, surgery and teeth pulled is causing a problem with the normal protocol. I am open to suggestions going rogue since I can't chew meat. I am pretty much on a soup or mash potatoe diet until August or so. I don't want new challenges. I work full time and very involved civically and stay very busy. Just need support at this point. |
:welcome:

Okay. Here's where I'm at after loading:
Post loading weight~ 188.8. This is shocking to me but only because I figured I was in the mid 90's after that food fest. I am happy to report that I have been reset! Not as low as I wanted to be reset, but I am no longer able to get into the 90's or above. What a relief that is! So it's wonderful to see that is a major benefit of having done hhcg in the past. I am going to get as far into the 150's as I possibly can by my birthday. I will not be straying one single bite off my plan until my birthday, and then I will be off for just the one day and getting right back on P2 to go as far as I can before I run out of pellets. I have no idea how long they will last and I don't want to pour them out on something in order to count them. Too risky. I will take my measurements tomorrow. I hope not to weigh much at all. I will during the first week but only because I know it will be fun and gratifying. After that, I'm going to try and forget I even HAVE a scale. Will be a refreshing change, to not be a slave to a number. I will still be doing the two afternoons at the farm so I'll have that for exercise, but I'm going to start walk/jog for 3 miles per day on my treadmill. I will push myself up to all jogging, then I will up my mileage and start walk/jog over again. I also have an exercise ball and will eventually use it to tone the rest of my body and strengthen my core. I want to try a few riding exercises that involve an exercise ball. But now that I'm not riding, there's no urgency with that plan. Still, I need to do those too. I will now go and make myself a ticker (the old fashioned "manual" kind) so I can track my progress. BBL! Much luck and success to all of us this month! |

I'm not new...lol. I started hhcg on Mar. 20th. I am on R2 P2 D36. R1= -30 lbs. R2= -18 so far... I generally stick to protocol foods, but don't follow protocol P3/P4 exactly. I don't do loading very well...I had WLS 7 years ago...so unable to eat enough. Also...I gain easily on P3 due to NOT eating enough calories...of course I can eat enough w/ junk food...but don't want to do that:p I did a 13 day PI and jumped back into P2...I have to admit...I'm no longer NORMAL...I absolutely LOVE being on P2...so easy for me...no thinking about WHAT to eat! I do at times...have a hard time eating my fruit & melbas/breadsticks at the end of the day. When I reach my first goal (27 lbs. away) I plan on doing a planned P3 for a while. Then on to P2 for my goal of 170. I have multiple surgeries needed for excess skin removal(was 411 lbs. at one time:() So I am pretty thin at 170...I had hit 178 for a day...then several major family deaths happened...I regained back to 291 over a few years thereafter. Most people feel I was too thin at 178...but I'm happy...when you've been fat forever...being too thin feels good:jumpjoy: I read all the threads and try to stay avtive on them. The support is great :high5: |
Wow, Angela. You have come a long way! Be proud of yourself, woman. I don't think I've seen you post on the rogue thread before but we're happy you came along and are joining us! There's many ways to be a rogue. Do you have the surgery scheduled yet (to remove the skin) or are you going to wait until you are at goal? So exciting! Will you be having a full-body lift or just certain areas? My sister did the full-body lift. She was so thin after the skin was removed. We never knew there was such a tiny person inside of her all those years! She was always described as being "big boned" which she certainly was not!
Gotta run and get ready for the barn. Equine care day today and tomorrow. So far, I've only had water today. Will eat when I come home and get showered and into some comfy PJ's for the evening. I feel great so far! |

|
Welcome Lera Jean and Crazy PreK!
WELCOME BACK PAULA!!! WE MISSED YOU!! And so glad you are posting again, Cathy! I'm still hanging in with JUDDD -- feeling much more satisfied on less food today, so that's encouraging. I'm still thinking I can maybe make this work, though the first couple weeks have been a crazy rollercoaster ride. I plan to hit the gym for some HIIT on the rebounder later this evening :) I'm posting over on the JUDDD threads a bit, but actually feel you folks are in a better position to really support me, since you know the details of my dieting and health history for the last couple of years. I love you guys!!! |
And we all love you too Zoe!! JUDDD away!! LOL
|
It's a love fest here! So glad to be back and see old & new faces!
Feeling fat today, but am under 1000 calories (I aim for under 1100 Mon, Tue, Thur). Still have to work out my plan...will probably wait till after TOM comes though, LOL! |
