I hope so, I seem to be craving it! I'm kind of annoyed that I gained so much weight on my load days. As of yesterday I had lost exactly the amount that I gained during my load days which was just about 7 pounds. Yesterday was day 6. Grr! I'm like, why did I even load?!

If you are hurting after a car accident -- however minor -- please get it checked out. Soft tissue injuries can happen with even minor jolts, and they are NO fun! (Take it from someone who had a serious whiplash from being rear ended years ago.)

I'd recommend seeing a chiropractor and getting xrays done -- if there IS a whiplash, and it is treated right away, it can keep it from causing long-term problems. You may need to argue with the insurance company about getting it covered, since so many people have used the "soft tissue injury" argument as a form of scamming for money -- but the injuries are very real, and they can cause a lot of long-term problems if left untreated.

A good chiropractor can be worth his or her weight in gold!

Thanks! Yeah, I'm alright. I started to feel better at about 2pm and I'm good now. I was in a serious car accident about 2 years ago so I definitely know about that. Whiplash sucks!

I'm actually a registered massage therapist as well as an aesthetician so I'm pretty in-tune with my body. I'm good now, thank goodness!

Holy cow--now THAT is inspiring. Wow.

(My issue isn't really muscle tone or size, tho--it's my skin. But I guess if those muscles get big enough, they'll fill the skin up!)

Okay, my rogue buddies -- I am declaring my initial stage of this refeed over, and am moving on to the next stage of things. The crazy hunger has finally subsided, I think.

I'm going back to basic low carb, and will try to keep the carbs as close to 20 grams as I can comfortably manage. I'm not paring down to just the induction foods list, but I will attempt to keep the overall carb grams at about induction levels -- and I will see where that gets me. Once my TOM is finally in full swing, I will probably get on the scale -- maybe, lol.

If this seems to be working to lean me out at all, however slowly, I'll just stick with it. If I need to go to official induction, I'll do that.

If that fails, I have no idea which way to go -- but this is my working plan for now.

Happy week-end to y'all... stay cool, won't be a problem for us! Might get to 59 degrees today.

Missed my salad dressing last night. Guess I need that little bit of salt... had leg cramps 4 times last night!

Good morning, fellow travelers of the rogue road! I awoke feeling fabulous again today (even if it was 2 hours earlier than usual--gotta go sing in the choir this morning.) I have truly hit my comfort zone with this P2 now, and it feels like being with an old friend. Today, I looked in the mirror as I stepped out of the tub and saw that the legendary P2-flat-belly has arrived! I'm pretty sure the phenomenon is just a result of having no food to speak of in the old intestinal tract, since I never have this situation any other time. But it's still fun!

Manders, I too crave beef, and eat it pretty much every day. I think my particular body is wired to need red meat, and I feel and look better when I eat lots of it. Even as a small child, I always loved steak. That was always my birthday dinner, when other kids wanted pizza!

Mini, glad you are feeling sated again. I've always thought that you excel at listening to what your body wants, and I think that might be the secret to health and ideal weight.

Embee, Disney, Debby--happy Sunday and stay cool!

Excellent loss, Anir!

I always found that hot tea helped a little with hunger -- I hope it helps you, too.

Thanks for the votes of confidence everyone -- I am not at all sure what I am doing at the moment, lol, but I definitely knew that I couldn't keep restricting forever, so I am experimenting (as always!)

I'm hoping for moderate eating today without hunger.

How in the heck did you get boxes in your post? Scratching my head about that one! WTG on the losses!

Girls, the wedding was fun and then the party at my duplex (birthday bash for the guy) was in full-swing. I joined in and ended up getting smashed later on. I lived to tell the tale. Well, at least the parts I can recall.

Today I'm in recovery mode and sort of loading again for the P2 that is likely going to start again tomorrow. I am not thrilled with how I look in those wedding pics at all. I looked a lot better in the mirror than in the photos. I am having trouble uploading them so I can't post any at the moment.

I'll never make my goal of being in the 150's by August 1st but I'll just have to do the best I can and get as far as I can get by then. I found another bottle of pellets. I thought I still had one unopened bottle and I did! So I have plenty to take me through this next P2.

Have a great night, girls. Disney, I hope you're feeling better.

Just an end of day check in -- I'm still hungrier than it feels I should be -- but I am Atkins-ing, and will ride it out.

I honestly think I completely tanked my metabolism with all the extended p2, and now it is time to either deal with the gains while repairing it, or continue the cycle indefinitely while being miserable and doing further damage to my body.

Given that, I'll take option A. I just hope things turn around for me sooner rather than later.

I don't want to discourage anyone with my experience -- I didn't follow the hcg rotations correctly, and did p2 for WAY too long, and I think that is where the damage occurred.

I'm trusting that with regular, nutritious eating, my body will adapt quickly to being back on Atkins and being adequately fed.

My chest muscles are still sore today from my weights workout two days ago... so I think if I do work out tonight, it'll be a barre workout.

All we can do is "live and learn", Mini. Thanks for sharing what you've learned with the rest of us. It might help one or one hundred of us!

Have a good night, ladies. I'm going to find something decent to watch on tv (or at least I hope to.)

This is how I feel too, as far as damaging my metabolism. Way back last year in March when I loaded for my first round ever, I weighed...wait for it...betcha can guess...165. What I weigh today. What a surprise.

So, up and down for over a year just to be back where I started.

I'm sticking with my no sugar, no fruit, no grain plan and I'm going to count calories to a moderate 1200-1400. 1T of coconut oil a day in the morning. Along with the real dose I hope it will make a difference!!

Holding myself accountable. It has not been a good day of eating for me.
I woke up looking to the scale to be in virgin territory...nope was not ,was up A pound. What ? I was so good yesterday. So my emotional mood started. A hour later TOM arrives a week early. Ok that could be the gain. I take an hour walk. Come back starving. I ate 2 cucumbers. Still hungry... 30 oz of tea/water. You guessed it still hungry. Greek yogurt...strAwberries. Ok I thought I had it under control but no dinner time. 4 slices of tomato small portion of steak. My mom calls with bad news about her cancer treatment..... 2 ice cream sandwiches and 2 cookies later. I'm going to bed to end this feast as tomorrow is a new day and I will not weigh in . I will wait till Weds am. I will eat on plan all day tomorrow..

Thanks for letting me vent. Heres to tomorrow.

Bee-- I am also sorry to hear about your mom Don't stress too much about the eating -- tomorrow is another day.

Lynne -- I think I am at about the same weight as I was when I started, too -- though my muscle to fat ratio is better than it was, for sure, since I have used the times that I was gaining as an opportunity to build a lot of muscle.

Diva -- I kept running back to p2 when I couldn't stabilize well on p3 -- and I did one rogue mega-round that lasted about 4 months... maybe longer? I spent the better part of a year eating less than 1000 calories a day -- with a couple of 5 or 6 week rounds at 500 calories.

Word to the wise -- don't do what I did.

I did have one p3 that almost worked for me, except that I panicked and ran back to p2 rather than riding it out.

My last couple rounds of p2 were progressively harder and less effective than the early ones -- my body had gotten to the point where it could manage to conserve energy on crazy low calories -- amazing, if you are trying to survive a famine... but not so handy when dieting.

Well -- done is done, and I am not going to give up here -- but I do need to find a better way to get back to goal. I don't want to be weak, low energy, sluggish, and malnourished forever -- that really isn't worth it.

So, I am doing Atkins, and eating when hungry -- and hoping the gains aren't too awful in the end.

For what its worth, I've followed p3 rules and still managed to have crazy rebound gains.

Thanks goddess. I like but if you're not losing you're learning. I'm not giving up as today is a new day. I have always been an emotional eater so I better get a grip. As my Mom has stage 4 small cell lung cancer with mets to the spine. She also has breast cancer.
I need to find a way to turn the emotion into positive energy as I'm drained.

Off to work now. Bbl to check in have a great day everyone.
