I'll be in P3 but will act like I'm in P4 for that day. Then a week or so later, I'll be in P4 for the rest of the year.

So will you be joining me "over there"?
No HCG for me.... I cant stick with it.

I have decided that the No S diet is getting me No Where, so I'm loading for a short round of my hhcg pellets today. Tomorrow is VLCD1 and I'll do it for a minimum of 21 days. I just can't stand being this big again. I will sacrifice to get it off of me. I have to, apparently. It's going to take something radical and I'm feeling very radical right now!

I'm going to start a new thread, since this poor "weekly thread" that I started so long ago is still groaning on and on. Let's start fresh, okay? Hope you don't mind me doing that. I guess if you really want to stick with this one, you can. But you can find me on the new thread, which I will post the link to.

~~ Rogue/Alternative HCG/hHCG plans for week of 8.26.12~~
I think it is my flakey wireless router somehow...cheering all the P2 people on!

Hi everyone. I've been gone for awhile. I got really sick with pneumonia, went into respiratory arrest and had to have cpr done on me, which cracked my ribs and sternum. I was hospitalized for 6 days and have now been home for 3 weeks. I didnt diet during that time and had a slight weight gain. I'm at 235. Started my drops again yesterday and lost 2 pounds. I'm just wanting to know if anyone has any suggestions on some low calorie foods that will fill me up but keep me under the 500 calories a day. I was really starving yesterday. lol. I had a can of spicy chilli chicken breast (100 calories) for lunch and a salad with caeser dressing, chicken breast, 1/4 of an egg, and cucumbers for dinner. For a snack around 9pm last night I had 2 fat free saltine crackers with fat free cheese. Dont know if I went over the 500 calories or not. Not sure how many cals was in the salad...but I dont think I went over. Anyway...I was really hungry and am wanting to know some low cal/low fat foods that I can eat that will fill me up. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.

Never mind, I just realized I'm on the old thread!

It was the new posts here that confused me. And then, I'm easily confused.

HI PAULA! You were very missed!

I am doing fine. Maintaining easily. We ate out last night after our symphony subscription concert and I had all kinds of good (decadent) stuff. White cheddar fondu with apples and bavarian pretzles, pork chop with black cherry sauce and goat cheese mashed potatoes, bacon wrapped asparagus and a half piece of Paradise Cake (a super rich pineapple carrot cake with coconut cream cheese frosting. Holy crap it was miraculous). No gain, but I am leery of that "second day" thing, so I've been squeaky clean today and am drinking buckets of water (it's 103 here...just miserable)

So...I don't feel deprived because I made some fantastic protein pancakes for my dinner. I have to share the recipe, they are ridiculously good.
Pecan Coconut Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes

In blender:

1/2 C cottage cheese
1/4 cup vanilla whey protein
1/4 cup vanilla egg white protein
2 eggs
2 TBLSP SF Salted Caramel Torani
1/4 tsp coconut extract
pinch of sea salt
2 tsp baking powder

blend and let sit for 5 minutes until thick

Spoon onto griddle. While they cook sprinkle a bit of unsweetened coconut flakes, a little chopped pecan (about one pecan half per pancake is about right) and five Sugar Free mini chocolate chips. When you see bubbles on the top side, flip them but don't cook very long on the second side. They're better if they're a little underdone.

OMGOMGOMG!!! I really liked the added texture from the nuts
Let me just preface this message with I'm not proud but I lurk all kinds of message boards and I NEVER create and account and if I do I never ever, ever post. Well this is my second time doing hcg but i've always done rogue things so I'm looking for other rogue things and I come up on this post. I made these pancakes this morning and they were to die for!!! I cooked them in coconut oil (which I already know doesn't stall me or make me gain)and only had one and I spreaded a wedge of cinnamon laughing cow cheese. It was soooooo good. You're so right the chopped pecans added just the right texture. They were so good that they made me create an account so that I could post ha and tell you thanks! Thanks all of you for your inspriation and Thanks Private Diva for sharing this recipe!

PS. I only had one and I'll stay On Protocol for the remainder of the day so that I can see if I can add these to my p2 Rogue rotation.

WOE: Atkins + HCG drops
Start Date: February 3,2013
Ginny Pig takes a run on the controversial HCG drops wheel

Hey folks mind if I join you all??? Here's da spill...I lost 7.5lbs in 25 days on Atkins in January. WOOT WOOT!!! YIPPEE and everything yelled from mountain tops! It's been a ride & 7.5 lbs ain't half bad if I do say so myself. But fact is I still weigh 152 at 4ft 8inchs tall, hence you guest it smallest loser!! Anyhoo I need to loose about 50 lbs and do it faster than 7.5 in a month, so I've decided to be a ginny pig of my own choosing. So into the lab I go!!! I'm going to continue doing Atkins but add in HCG drops. Yes I know HCG protocol is only 500 calories and no fats blah blah blah but I love Atkins way of eating so pppttthhhh I'm gonna have my BUTTER & CREAM & EAT IT TO!!! Lets see how this little experiment goes. This is a test beep beep beep ... ok you get the point! No I'm not doing HCG injections!! HELLOOOO are you crazy. I'll be doing the Homeopathic real HCG drops. Needles not only terrify me they cause me to gain 50lbs if they touch me. Call me extreme , tell me I'm going over board but hey ... WHO has her only daughter getting married in less then 4 months? That would be ME!!! Strick Low Carbers will judge me for sure, all I ask of them is to please just calm it down, sit back and watch as this low carb ginny pig jumps on the wheel of lets gitter done & hopefully leaves some weight behind in the dust!!! Have no clue what I'm doing and need some help and advice so posting on HCG rogue blogs seeking other daring people like myself. My HCG drops arrived today so starting this experiment tomorrow.
