I'm baaaaaaack!
Hello all you wonderful ladies! Yep, I'm back again. I totally screwed up my third round and never stabilized and now my weight is just going up and up and up even though I'm eating the same exact stuff I ate after my second round when I stabilized great (basically Paleo).
Soooooo, here I am again for a 4th round. My first two rounds I got as low as 163 but both times I settled right around 170. After 1 day of loading, I started this round at 181. Today I was already down 3 lbs to 178. So it's not horrid but I'm still frustrated and determined to not play around with the whole Fat Fast thing this time and NOT have ONE drink in P3 (this never fails to bump me up about 3 lbs when I have a few in P3 and then I can never get it back off!). The only change I'm making this time is that I'm also doing a green juice based off of the juice recipe from the movie Fat, Sick and Almost Dead. It's pretty much all legal veggies and fruit and I spread one drink out throughout the day to give me energy and help with hunger. My juice has 6 leaves of kale, handful of spinach, 1 cucumber, 1 apple, 1/2 a lemon and a small piece of ginger. I'm not eating any other carbs and just doing a veggie and a protein for lunch and dinner. I was a little over 500 cals yesterday but it obviously didn't hurt my losses. I also saw that my local apothecary carries HCG 1234 brand drops so I thought I'd try them since the last two times I have used the Intermountain pellets I was STARVING for the first 10 days. I am LOVING the drops and having NO hunger on day 2 (and I only loaded for 1 day and didn't even load well at that!). Makes me kinda mad that I didn't try a different brand before and suffered so much in those first 10 days with hunger Oh well, at least I found a brand that seems to work for me!I see ya all around

Holy cow ... and I do mean COW -- I got on the scale, and I really AM up 15 lbs since ending my last round. I've done a perfectly clean p3. Something is really, really wrong.
I'll check back after the doctor and let you know what he has to say. I hope they take this seriously. |

Cheryl -- I did think I was feeling better yesterday, but this morning I felt worse, and I was terribly swollen up. TOM is terrible today, too
Let's hope the doctor can do something for me. |

EXCELLENT, Dazy! I am so glad your son is doing so well!!!!!!!!!!!!
I posted doc updates in the other thread (the Atkins after HCG one) -- don't care to repeat all that here... but the doctor thinks my fluid retention is probably because I am "drinking too much water." I'm serious. They did run some tests, though. I am not a happy girl right now. |

mini, i drink tons of water and often wonder if I drink too much. Especially since I stay in the house most days and don't exercise. I'm glad he ran tests though.

But on a positive note I dropped a whole pound!!!!!! 231.2 wooo hooooooo. Here is what I have been doing.
Breakfast: 1 Egg (usually Brown /cage free etc) 1/2 piece Ezekiel bread Black organo gold coffee with Full Fat coconut milk and stevia Lunch : 5-6 oz meat (after cooked) 1 cup veggies (precooked) and 1 fruit serving (I cut back on the portion size).. I piece of coconut something ..chocolate delight or truffle or Protein shake (Hormone free from Swanson Vitamins) with Fruit in it, coconut milk and veggie on side Supper: 3 large handfuls of salad, 5-6 oz protein (after cooked) 1 cup veggies (pre cooked) and I am omitting the Fruit in the evening. And 1-2 pcs Chocolate delight or truffle....UMMMMMM LOTS OF LOTS of WATER (1/2 my body weight in oz) ...Plus if I am a little ummmmm "stuck"...smooth Move peppermint Tea before bed. This is actually the plan I followed from the beginning but it had fruit in the evening which I cut out ....wooo hoo I am so excited! |
