I bought the drops and have tried to do the diet 2 other times. I failed both times.

I am starting again today. I didn't realize that I couldn't use lotion so I'm going to buy Lubriderm, a food scale, and may the supplies I need to make deodorant. I spent the money on the drops, so surely I can do it. I have lost weight over the years doing low-carb. But I have about 20 pounds that I want off. I have a wonderful guy in my life. He is moving back here,so it sure would be nice to look really good in a few weeks when he comes home. So, it's time to do this. I just need help.

Do any of you use regular deodorant? Just asking...

Yes, I used my regular deodorant on all my rounds and didn't have a problem. (Secret Clinical Strength - Sensitive Skin)

Thank you, girls! I bought oil free mositurizer today and some aloe gel, because I can't imagine putting my skin through 3 weeks with out any lotion. I am going to come on here each day and try to stay to the plan. I am ready to do this. I pray I will be able to do it. Thanks for the comments!

Between the three of us--who have worked the plan as written--I think we have lost well over 200 pounds on hcg. We are living proof that it works!

You can do it if you think you can!
I use regular the deodorant the whole time all 3 rounds. For me, it isn't an option, as I smell like a sweaty goat without it (I know, TMI). But I use a brand that is known for "moisturizing" too. (I have also been using a bit of coconut oil on really dry spots without any appreciable slowing in the losses. Also, I colored my hair and lost fine the next day too)

When I did it I used regular deodorant, shampoo, and makeup. I lost 20 lbs in 1 month.
