VLCD6 today and I'm down 2! Was holding steady Saturday and Sunday and finally a drop today. I'll take it.

I have meals planned out for the week, lots of chicken, shrimp and some tilapia along with apples, celery, cucumber and tomatoes. Made a gallon of iced decaf green tea to drink throughout the next 2 days along with my water, also a huge batch of cold brew coffee. I'm good to go! Should be a relaxing week during the evenings I hope, only thing going on is a soccer game on Wednesday night that should be fun. I got BF and I some tix for our anniv.

Hey all!

My weight stayed the same this morning. I knew it had to happen soon. I'm okay with it. I know this is a step ladder process. My body needs to get used to this new weight before I can move down more.

Just checking in...

Hello everyone

Sorry...been MIA lately. Super busy & super-stressed...

I do daycare when I'm not teaching during the summer. I had lots of them last week, plus 2 that were terrors...fortunately, I have gotten rid of them. Amazing how 1 or 2 can make such a HUGE difference This week a few are also on vacation...so should be a very mild week.

Anyway...I was in a huge stall...10 days...so I did a Rogue P2 CD...eggs all day...well, it worked...I am on a downward spiral of losing again. About 4 lbs. this week!!!

So far I have lost 45.6 total (plus -10 before hhcg)...I would like to lose 60 more...but am hoping to get down 31 more to reach "onederland"...then may maintain for a few months...then aim for 20 more after that.

Congrats to all the losers...and hugs to those who are struggling

Yesterday, I realized at lunch that I hadn't taken my HCG at all that morning, the whole day before and the evening before that! That was five doses missed! I can't believe I did that. And now my body is feeling it! Hungry and week. The HCG probably won't be built back up in my system until tomorrow. I'm struggling a little as to what to do. So far I'm on protocol, but I'm not sure how I'm going to feel the rest of the day. I've eaten all of my fruit and my lunch, so I'll just have one serving of protein and veggies left to eat the rest of the day.

Yikes!

Guess I'll see how it goes.

Hello Ladies and gents if there are any lurking:l

Today is my first VLCD I was up a lb something yesterday and down .8 today.SO I am beginning my R2 PH inside my LDW. SO I am happy about that.

Vanna that is awful forgetting you HCG 5 doses I almost forgot my 2nd dose on my fisrt day.My Dh reminded me at 10:00 at night.But then I found out I have to wait 12 hrs in between doses so it worked out well for me as I had taken my 1st dose at ten a.m.

Hang in there and just keep taking it maybe add a little more protein? I really am no one to help you as I have done this entire program wrong from day one.

I wasn't even suppose to go back to PH2 for another 3weeks.But I am going on with it anyway. Others have went back after PH3 but it isn't protocol and I don't want to do the plan rouge ... so I am praying and praying I will still be ok


The funny thing is I could not even finish a meal when I was loading. I felt gassy and sick and did upchuck my first day but I ate some walnuts and toast with butter that evening and did feel some better.

Now yesterday we went out for lunch and I had it all planned out in my mind I was eating chicken livers and onions. baked tater with sour cream and hot roll with butter and salad with ranch.

Well they brought the salad first.it was a small salad just lettuce. I ate some Club crackers with it and then they brought the luncheon. I ended up only being able to eat half of the potato and livers.I did get 2 rolls with butter down. I brought the rest home for supper and it is still in the refrigerator

I just was not hungry. I did end up fixing myself a GY with blackberries and whipping cream and SF ALmond milk smoothie for my supper.
But now I have to throw away the livers, tater and onions as my DH won't eat them. And now I can't have them

I never ever one time was not hungry on the hemopathic my appetite did not diminish.So I am certainly hoping that the RX will be better for me.

I didn't intend to write a novel... sorry

down 3lbs week 1. Hoping for another 3 this week and next and then on to some avacados and coconut oil...yummo!!!

I still eat an extra serving of fruit, I really need to watch that this week. I do not have anymore apples in the house and the only strawberries I have are frozen so it will be smoothies made with water and strawberries or a grapfruit for me. It is HARD to eat more than one grapefruit but EASY for me to eat 2 apples in one sitting or a whole 1lb of raw strawberries

Ate all my cals before 4:30 today Water and water and more water tonight.

Thanks Berta, you are very encouraging. I'm doing better. I've felt a little hungry but not weak. I can handle that. Looks like I'm going to get through the day on strict protocol. Yay! How are you doing on the rx? Is it helping with the hunger?

Agentventi, I think I would die if I ate all my food before dinner. I have to divide up my apple in four pieces to eat it throughout the afternoon so my hunger doesn't get the best of me. LOL! I have to eat like every two hours, but it works for me.

I am finishing my 2nd load day and will start VLCD1 tomorrow. i've been lurking here for a few weeks and decided its time to give my new grandbaby a lap to sit on. I gotta buy a new scale though...broke my last one and it was a WW scale...cost me alot of money.

I really haven't been on it long enough to tell. But I sure am hoping it will be better.At least with the hunger part. My dd says she has never been hungy or ever did a CD day and she has been doing the RX for a littele less than a year and lost over 100lbs. BUT she is strict protocol too.

I ate lunch about 2hrs ago and my tummy feels hungry. But I it will be time for supper in about another hour and also time for my next dose.So I feel that is the reason.

Here is todays menu...

Brk
coffee(miss my bacon)
lunch
grilled chicken breast
1 small tomatoe
strawberries sliced with splenda.
Supper... will be
grilled shrimp
spinach
strawberries

I cooked my chicken on my George Forman grill and it was so dry I could barely choke it down.I think next time I'll bake it with foil covering it

You hang in there we only have 21 daysOR are you doing 40?

I am doing 40 but with an iteruptiion of a week.

I'm with Vanna... I would be dying if I ate ALL my meals by night time.
I am sorta hungry right now... but it is dose time in 30 minutes plus supper time

Day 20/18 VLCD and I'm down a total of ...........14 lbs!!!!!!:jump joy:

I hadn't weighed myself since Day13/11 VLCD because I was upset about my birthday, my progress......etc. So I'm glad I held off weighing myself so I could just focus on eating to protocol and not let the scale mess with my emotions and confidence. I've only lost 2 inches on my hips and a inch on my waist......but I'll take that!

Hope everyone's been doing well!

Vanessa - I'm the same way sometimes with loss/no loss - I'll stay the same for a day or two then see a drop. Hopefully you drop some soon - how did the rest of your day today go? Feeling extra hungry because of the missed doses?

Angela - hopefully those crazy kiddos aren't stressing you out too much. 10 day stall? Not fun! Did you try an apple day by any chance? Glad your egg day got you started again - did you have 4 or 5 to stay within your cals or more? Congrats on your loss so far!

Agentventi - what are you ending up with for your calories for the day with the extra fruit? Are you putting that in something else's place? I hope you have more success this week!

I think they come in a little over 600. No, it is just mindless snacking. I am not as hungry if I skip a dose and only take 6 pellets total so maybe that is my issue.
I am trying it tomorrow to see.

I was okay tonight, not starving, did have a few spoon fulls of all natural salsa.
I hope this gets easier, this round has been KILLER! I am jealous of all of you moving on to P3

mislatte~

I did approximately 900-1000 calories...

B: 2 fried eggs/light butter
L: 3-egg salad (1 TB. mayo)
D: 2-egg omelette w/ cheddar cheese & salsa

I only had a .4 loss the next morning...but started losing thereafter...I lost 4.6 this week total. I tend to be a second-day loser...lol.

Hey all,

My weight stayed the same again this morning. But after a 6 pound loss in four days, I guess I have to expect it.

Berta, a while back you asked about my DH's job opportunity. The NC camp still hasn't moved forward with a second interview. In the last three years when there has been a delay in the interview process, it has never been a good sign, so we're kind of just putting it out of our minds.

But... he does have a second interview (video Skype from here) coming up with an organization in Vero Beach, FL next week. We're excited about that! It is an organization that feeds the hungry, so it would be a really great cause to work for. And you can't beat a beach city!

agentventi - maybe try a few strict/by the book days and see how things go? Drink your water!!

Angela - was that a pseudo fat fast? I did that last round as a kickstart and it helped, looks like it helped you too!

Mornin Vanessa! I hope your DH's interview goes well! I'll send happy thoughts. Bummer on staying the same today, but, keep up the water and stick to plan and you'll be goooood to go!

I'm down today, yay! -1.5 I need to keep rockin these losses and blow right past my goal!

I guess I can call it that...I just needed some protein I think. I had heard an egg day was 6-12 eggs for the day. I figured I wasn't losing anyway...and I was craving eggs. It is definitely not protocol in P2... I tend to stall when I am in the sun for a long period of time...we went to a water park...then I was picking at a Korean Beef meal I made for my family that week...brown sugar & soy sauce were in it....grrr...not good! I'm on D30...so I think I will go 10 more days and then on to P3 for a while.

Down my 1.5 again, me and this pound and a half have been battling it out!

I am starving today. STARVING! I don't know if it's mental or true hunger though.. It's the last day of VLCD, so it could be in my head!

Hello everyone
I was extremely dissapointed this morning I was up one lb.after my very first VLCD? What's up with that?I was so looking to see a 2lb loss.
Well onward and forward,maybe tomorrowI drabk over a half gallon of liquids mostly water.

I will. I am having an apple for more fiber today in place of one serving of fruit!And I will try lettuce with my lunch(not crazy about just plain ol lettuce with nothing in it).I am having PH2 chili for supper I love that

If I could only have ranch dressing I would make it!!! I will make it anyway I have WF Rasberry and it's good!

Does anyone have the chicken soup for PH2 recipe or lead me to it?

Berta -- thanks for the welcome.

Miss Latte--I will do 42 days I hope. I have alottttt to lose.

So far so good...I've even only had water so far...and you are speaking to a highly addicted Diet Pepsi drinker....HIGHLY. I'm going to try and wean myself in this round to eliminate it from my life. I know I should cold turkey but I think it will be hard enough sticking to food protocol. Usually by now I have had several before lunchtime.

for lunch I blended up half a tomato and some cilantro and soaked my portion of shrimp...added a little bit of chopped cucumber.
