2. Because TOM is here and I was having fun, I slipped and ate something I shouldn't and drank something I shouldn't.

So what do I do now.......

Just get back on track tomorrow with P2, or do a correction day?

YES Thank you. 17inches lost in 2 months and 20.4 lbs I have had some set backs myself on my 1st round. But it will come off.Just get right back at it and remember the less you have to loose the slower it will be. Unfortunately!

@Desma, there is not 'correction' for P2. Just jump back on, dust yourself off, and go for it! You might see a bit of a wiggle on the scale or a stall but flush water like crazy and keep it straight P2 and you'll get back where you should be!

I really hope I can get down to 175 by July 13. Is that doable if I'm really good?

Only down .6 today, kind of disappointed. Guess I am spoiled

Looks like everybody is doing great. Berta48, congratulations on your inches lost!
Let's hope we all have big lose next week!

Define "good" LOL.... follow protocol, your body will do all it can do. Depends totally on how your body handles the protocol. Drink lots of water, eat your protein, take your hcg on time, get plenty of sleep, don't cheat. Give 100% and your body will give you 100% back.

I will try my best! I am going to avoid going out for meals at all costs, and try and control my chocolate cravings.

If you save calories for it, you can have a chocolate eggwhite shake. I do sometimes. 75 calories of the homeogenized eggwhites in the carton and some hershey's cocoa baking chocolate powder (no sugar) and some stevia, xylitol or erythritol to taste, and there ya go.

While on P2, that is good advice for yourself Too many temptations while eating out. My chocolate cravings have gotten the best of me while in the middle of a round Since I am a mom of 4 and have a DH, I cannot NOT have chocolate in the house....their feelings about my diet--"why do we have to suffer?"--I find that out of sight is out of mind. Works most of the time for me
