Berta--sounds like the Rx is just like the homeopathic in that the losses are not any quicker or bigger. Is that what you think too? How is your hunger this round? At least that has to be better. I wonder what my avi says I am? I don't pay much attention to it and never noticed yours.

I certainly didn't put it there.Makes me sorta sad . Even if it is true![]() Does anyone know how I can remove it ![]() Berta~It has to do with how many posts you have made. LCF puts a phrase on everyone's profile...so I don't think it can be removed...sorry!!! Last edited by Crazy PreK Teacher; 06-22-2012 at 11:22 AM.. |

Thank you, Berta! I just took that pic on Sunday...
I have a question for you, though....why are you doing injections twice per day? What dose are you taking? I did RX, and I only injected once per day along with several of my coworkers. |

I think you no hunger is great!!! Is that 3 lbs including load weight? And what cheat did you have? I thought you were doing so well. I see your blabbermouth is gone. I was a blabbermouth a while ago. We all go through it. No harm to me, as my family thinks I am one ![]()

I feel I am doing well this time.I have no hunger at all and tomorrow it will be a week and I have lost all my load weight + 3lbs this week(tomorrow) I only gained x1 lb during loading but 1st rnd I lost. Also I take ht HCG at 9a.m. and eat lunch at 2-3 O'clock. Then again at 9p.m. So I do not eat after taking it anyway. I PM'd a moderator.. I guess I am a big baby. But I don't think it nice to call anyone a blabber mouth. That is an insult IMO!But it's taken care of. Last edited by Berta48; 06-22-2012 at 04:52 PM.. |

Ladies, the sublingual hCG absorbs within about thirty seconds under the tongue, from all I have read. To be careful some ladies don't eat or drink after dosing, but within 3-5 minutes you should be able to eat and drink with no impact to your hCG dosing. It is different from delicate Homeopathics in that regard, where food and drink can interfere with the effectiveness of the dosing. And it does absorb incompletely, which is why sublingual hCG is dosed twice per day instead of just once per day - the dosing frequency of subcutaneous.

And yay for the second date! As for eating out, that is tricky! I've done Caesar salads minus the cheese and croutons and just brought my own dressing in a small container. But on a second date, that might be kind of awkward, huh? You could always go with a small steak and salad. |

Yesterday, thankfully, I didn't struggle with cravings! Phew! I really hope today will go well too.
I'm so glad I didn't give in to my cravings on those days because I am down a half pound this morning. The losses in week two for me are hard to come by, so I am thankful for any downward movement of the scale! For the rest of week two (now through Tuesday), I am going to stay off the beef and just have chicken, fish, and eggs as my protein to see if I can kick up the losses a little more. By the way, on July 1st, we are having a family dinner on my husband's side. I'm wondering if I should just take a one-day break and get back on HCG on July 2. Has anyone ever done that? And what were the consequences? If I don't take a break, I'll just have to bring my own food. Might be a little weird, but his side of the family are all weight conscious and usually a few people are on diets, so they would be a little understanding. But usually everyone takes a break for family dinners if they are on a diet. And I'm not sure I could withstand all the temptation either. LOL!

Thanks for the welcome's and advice Berta and Miss Latte!
This forum is so motivating, I can barely keep up with all the great energy here. I wish I could post more often!! This is my very first R1P2 and it has been a wild ride so far: Load day 2: +4.5 VLCD 1: -7.5 VLCD 2: -.5 VLCD 3: +1.5 I've got very serious water retention issues (for about 10 years now) and was finishing TOM on Load day 1. I have followed protocol to the letter and can only chalk the wild fluctuations off to my water problems & hope it should stabilize soon. I have gained as much as 13 lbs in water weight in 48 hours during TOM in the past. Boy Berta you were right, got the splitting detox headache yesterday. But it is now gone today. I don't drink coffee, so it was clearly what you were talking about! No hunger so far, but I had some nausea the first 2 days that now seems to have gone away along with the headaches. Couple questions for all: 1-How do I reach 500 calories if the food selections I choose for the day only add up to say 465? Do i just eat a little extra of one of the servings to get the calorie count correct? I finally got a calorie counter and realized I had only hit about 465 calories for the 2 VLCD days I did so far. This may be the culprit for my water retention/gain? 2-I found some gluten free grissini online and thought this might be a way to balance those last few calories I keep missing. I ordered some, but have not tried any yet. I can't do any gluten (melba or regular grissini) due to hashimoto's thyroid. Has anyone else tried the gluten free grissini ? You don't need to get exactly to 500 calories each day. Dr. S says you can go under. Not a biggie. Hope you're having a great weekend. |
