How long do I HAVE to wait between rounds?
What have you multi rounders done in the past?
|
I did it by the book. I was on Rx. 6 weeks between R1 and R2, 8 weeks between R2 and R3, 12 between 3 and 4.... then it gets hard waiting. I jumped the gun between 4 and 5 because I waited sooooo long between 3 and 4, figured I could. I have heard, but don't know, if you do the homeopathic it's not as critical for the longer times in between.

Three weeks for me. I've used Intermountain hhcg pellets from the beginning and this is the time period I wait before starting another round.
HTH! :) |
It does help, thanks y'all! I am doing homeopathic drops, and I really don't want to wait the full 6 weeks. :)

thanks to all who posted, I am marking my place...

I did all my rounds with the appropriate P3/P4 breaks. I didn't want to risk stabilizing or cannibalizing my muscle by not replenishing in between. I also wanted to give my skin time to catch up and see the reshaping that I got from P3/4. I think we get very very used to getting the weight off quickly but keep in mind that you need to let your body catch up. JMHO

Metabolism Reset Phase 21 days - Figure your BMR by using an online calculator and multiply by your activity level. Eat as many calories as indicated but do NOT eat sugars and starches (except for fruit allowed in P2 plus additional low glycemic fruits such as other types of berries). This will stabilize your new weight. If your weight fluctuates more than 2 pounds above your LDW, correct your weight by doing a correction day. Phase 4 (aka P4) Maintenance Phase 21 days - The body's fat regulation system is now adjusted. Begin to add back sugars and starches slowly, adjusting if your weight fluctuates more than two pounds above your LDW, using a correction day. For R1...yes, but this is protocol...not really "cycling"....then it is longer after each additional round. P & I has the breakdown of how long between rounds. HTH!!! |
I keep seeing the term "Correction day" but haven't seen exactly what a correction day is?

So, if you ended around on the last day upi tookyour hCG at a weight of 140, then you could go up to 142 or down to 138 before you need to make a correction. If you're UNDER, Simeons recommends that you add a fruit that next day (the standard P2 ones). And if you continue to stay under, then do it again the next day, etc. If you're OVER, then that day you are supposed to drink fluids all day and for dinner, have a huge steak and (a large raw Tomato or a large raw apple)... Other CDs are listed here in the 2nd and 3rd posts on this thread...(sorry I don't know how to just pull a link to one message)... http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/hc...l#post15358802 I've had good luck with the Chicken Thigh day...others love the greek yoghurt (GY) day or the egg day... I keep reading about people using apple days to correct "cheating" on P2. Has anyone else done this?
|
Nope, Desma, unfortunately no on-protocol fixes for cheats, just getting back on P2 is enough of a penance, I think - don't you?! LOL Just drink lots of water to flush. Try some lemon juice or acv in the water, you can add stevia to the lemon juice and make a lemonade. The hardest part is once you've woken up the cravings from a cheat. But you can make it, you're tough!
