RX HXG

I almost forgot my 2nd dose of RX HCG today. (today is my first day on the RX)My DH ask me if I was to take it twice and I said OH MY GOODNESS And it is 10:25 at night. I just took it... but hope this doesn't hurt anything. as now it's bedtime
I will remember tomorrow and do it MUCH sooner.Any suggestions? I don't get up before 10.am. and that is the 1st time I take it(I'm retired). When would be a good time for the 2nd dose?

Hi Berta! I did RX hcg through a bariatrics Dr and he had me dosing twice per day at 8 am and 8 pm. So, since you do yours at 10 am, try to get your second dose at 10 or as near to that time as possible.

Yes, the doses need to be twelve hours apart. Setting a timer on the oven or other reminder like notes on mirrors might be handy for you, too.
