Question about Hhcg?
My DD & DSIL have begun a round of hhcg pellets (Intermountain) this week. SIL says he can't tell any difference taking the pellets and how he normally feels.
I am wondering if they need to get rid of their toothpaste? I didn't think about it until I read someone mentioning this and I did the RX Hcg back when I was on protocol. What toothpaste do you who have done Hhcg use? Also, he is still working out with weights and all. I know that he is continuing with his regimen as far as working out. What do you think about that? He is eating 800 cals per day, because of the workouts.

I have used cinnamon toothpaste while on the homeopathic hcg. I don't remember the brand, but I have gotten it at Walmart. I think Close Up was one I used. I think Crest has a cinnamon one too. When you say he doesn't feel any different---do you mean hunger wise? Or another feeling? I am not sure how to take that.
As for working out with weights, if he has done that before starting P2 he may continue it. No problem. Dr S did NOT say "do not work out". I am not even sure if he said don't start anything new. I stopped my weight workouts simply because I didn't have the energy. I wanted the weight loss more than the fitness and so I just skipped the heavy routine. I did walk for 20 mins daily and found I lost better with the walk than without it. I don't see why he needs to add any more calories--Dr S wrote the plan for men and women and wanted them to eat the same--regardless of height or weight.

Thank you Dawn. Neither of them are all that familar with hhcg and although my daughter is an RN, she is not familiar with the homeopathic medicine. I did get excited to hear that they had already started.
I guess, they thought they would feel the same thing that I warned them about when loading. I told them that when I did RX hcg, I couldn't eat everything that I wanted to on loading days due to the feeling of queasiness with all of the stored fat being released. So, I told them to try and eat good fat anyway, no matter if they felt a bit like they were full or not hungry. I just wanted to make sure they loaded properly. ![]() |

Ah. I was too full to eat on my load days. They don't feel stuffed? Hmmmm....they should. It is posted all the time here on the hcg board, no matter if you are on Rx or homeopathic you just cannot down the food like you want to. Good advice!!! They do need to start with a good load. I know it sounds counterintuitive, but it works.
