GM all-
I have a question re my LDW - Sunday was my last day of taking the drops - I weighed in at (164.0 - Sun) (162.4 -Mon) (162.2 Tues and Today).
Today is R1P3D1 which weight am I to use?

Sunday's weight, the last day that you dosed. So that's 164 with the top of your window at 166 and the bottom at 162. You have almost 2 pounds of "wiggle room"--congrats!

Don't be surprised if you gain those back though. Often people do.
