I bought my HCG...
Well I bought my HCG. I bought the Intermountain Pellets. I bought 4 bottles (each bottle says that it is a 40 day supply). I have a total of 25 to 30 pounds yet to lose so this should be more than enough and will also give me some to put away and save for later. I think that I may go back and buy some more to put away "in case of emergency".
I wonder how long it will be before HCG is readily available again or if they will ever change this. Ugh. I better buy the extra pellets sooner rather than later. I have seen some posts about how to take pellets. Are they going to be harder than the liquid? I always liked the liquid. Am I not allowed to touch them or something? I'm not supposed to eat or drink anything for 15 minutes before and after, right....just like the liquid? Do I have to worry if they are in the heat or cold? Thanks for any advice... Jody PS...how long did it take for your hcg to get to you after you ordered it? |
I personally think the pellets are slightly more stable than the liquid and slightly easier to take. You don't have to worry about holding them under your tongue, you can talk while you have them in your mouth, etc.
Handling - You should not touch the inside or the edge of the cap to your mouth or put the pellets in your hands to take them. I actually dump a bunch of them into a plastic bag then push them onto a spoon inside the bag. That's easiest for me and ensure they don't get deactivated. A lot of people dump the required number into the cap then tip them into their mouth but that takes a little practice. Put them under your tongue and keep them there until the "sweet" wears off--usually about 2 minutes. Then crunch up the rest and swallow them (the hcg is in the coating--the rest s just a sugar pill). I would keep them away from electronics, just like the liquid, although, again, I think they are a little more stable. The rules about eating and drinking are the same: nothing 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after. No mint or camphor either, just like the drops. HTH |
I'm considering starting this, but have no idea how much to order (IF I can even find a way to get it!). I need to lose 40-50 pounds...
As a newbie, how many bottles would you suggest I order? What about the difference between Intermountain, NiGen, or Biogenetics "Activator"? (I don't even know if these are available anymore, just wondering...) |

Beware of the NiGen. I tried this from GNC and it doesn't have the HCG hormone in it. I tried it for one day on the low calorie diet and it nearly killed me! I was so hungry, week, and lathargic. I didn't even last the whole day. I took it back and ordered the real stuff from Intermountain. |
I just saw your responses here - thank you so much ladies. I am excited and ready to get back on my diet. I was feeling down about gaining back the 15 (ok...20) pounds but after looking through a few threads for pellet information I am reminded how quickly this will come back off and before long I will be back down where I want to be.
I just keep repeating over and over to myself....patience Jody...patience... LOL |

Thank you Vanna...I am so ready to get it back off. LOL Can't wait to be a month down the road so that my clothes fit properly again. :) Thanks for your support sweetie.

Good Luck to you, Jody!
And thank you, Vanessa, for your response about what and how much I should order. I appreciate it! I plan to order tomorrow... |
