I did not do well on PH3 either I am on PH4 now and staying on it until the end of JULY.I am starting the JUDDD plan tomorrow for the remainder of PH4.Then I will be doing RXHCG next RND!Nice to chat with you again.I really miss this group!
Thanks Berta. I missed this group too!

I'm treating this as more of an interruption than a regular P3, so I'm not doing the normal P3 and P4 stages. Just getting back to P2. I know it's not the regular way to do it, but it's what I feel I need to do at this point. I had to stop P2 early and wasn't really ready for P3. So I'm going back to P2.

Guess I am going to have to start thinking for myself.
I wanted to go to PH2 again after PH3 but was advised against it.
OH well I am on PH4 now and will stay on it until the last of July because I don't want to be on PH2 when we go to Wichita for a week

Keep me informed.I may do a short PH2 before Wichita on the 17th Of July.

I ordered on June 4th and received them this morning. Netrition isn't going to be selling hcg any longer so if you want some, I'd get them quickly, if they are still in stock.

I have read that those of us who have a lot to lose, don't need to do phase 4 but can go right back to phase 2. That seems to make sense to me and that is what I'm going to do.

Thanks! bought them right from Intermountain instead of Netrition. I hope they get here sooner, my non dosing days for this round are Mon & Tue. I was hoping they'd be here by Thur or Fri so I can see if they are better and if so I was going to extend my round. I can't see extending my round as things are going. I'm down right miserable.

I hope they do, too. I still have some bottles on hand but wanted to stock up a bit. What day are you on? I'm R1VLCD8 and I've lost 7.2 pounds if you don't count what I gained during loading.

Way to go! I'm on R1D15 lost 7 lbs pre load. This time 2 years ago I had already lost 13. Don't know what is going on. I'm pretty frustrated!

Keep up the good work! You are doing really awesome!!

You are doing fine! Don't be frustrated and don't compare yourself to the last time. Our bodies will do what they want and there are variables (salt, water, etc.).

Are you getting all of your water in? You are almost at the 1/2 pound per day loss that Dr. S wants. You are right on schedule.

I put this on last weeks thread this morning....

I'm unhappy to report that my weight hasn't changed since yesterday. I guess all that jumping up and down was for nothing!

Here's where I think I went wrong:

I woke up at 12 and took my pellets. Drank water only (for the whole day) took my pellets again at 3:30 (trying to space them out) got caught up talking to my sons friends parents until 6:30! Still haven't eaten, but I didn't take anymore pellets I just ate two proteins, two fruits and one veggie. I tried to spaces them out over a three hour period. I was under 500 cal, and now I'm wondering if that's why I stalled.

Any advice seniors?

I'm no authority, but you won't lose every day - I don't. Chalk that day off to experience and start fresh. The definition of stall is not one or two days. Sometimes our bodies are just adjusting to what we have lost so far, the new way of eating, and just becuase

I didn't think for myself.I wish I had went back to PH2 but now I don't have time to get a full round in and I believe I am going to really enjoy JUDDD I will see.I still have enough HHCG to do another round. But if I go back to HCG I will be doing the RX.
Also my DH is wanting me to go our Dr. he has a plan that people around here are losing on left and right. But it is very expensive. But DH says he will pay for it if I want to do it. Again I'll see.? DH says I would be under a Drs supervision and he would feel better about it since I have so many health issues and meds that I am on.

If you dh is going to pay for it, that sounds great! Can you PM me what the plan is?

If I do phase 4 it will take forever to get the weight off and my knees need some relief. I'll do phase 4 when I'm on my final round and lost all of my weight.

Feeling real down today ladies, I'm partially crying on my lap top as I type this.....

Today is my 41st birthday and I'm not feeling special or happy or anything.
First, I didn't lose any weight
Second, my sons forgot my birthday
Third, I started my summer classes today and my old mind is not playing catch up to these young kids
And Fourth, I feel so down and out that I want to eat a bag of chips.......or some tiramsu, which is my favorite dessert!

I need help.....

I'm sorry you're feeling down Desma. Stay strong. Maybe you can find a non-food way to make yourself feel better. I think this would be a great time for a pedicure!

Also, there are things in the diet that can make people stall. I stalled from cabbage. And P2 chili with too many spices added. If you list here what you're eating each day, maybe someone can help you figure it out.

Happy Birthday! Sorry to hear it is not a good one. Hang in there. I have had a bad 2 months and a sad birthday too, but I know I will be happier when I get off this 50 pounds I don't need and that is holding me back. I agree, you don't look 41!

Thank you all for the kind words. I'm not looking for sympathy.....just reaching out to all the HCG Divas before I eat something dumb. I'm an emotional eater and I'm trying not to let this get to me.

We didn't think you were looking for sympathy. We understand. We have all been there.
Dieting is emotional anyway.

Try to keep busy with something if you can to get your mind off eating.

Yeah, I'm thinking it's the cabbage too. The only spices I use is old bay, basil, oregano, Ms. Dash pepper and fresh garlic (which I sauté before I use and I don't use it often)

Well, I got my pedi already this week, so I think I'll order an LV to make me feel better!

You know what perks me up? Visiting a flower shop...I don't know what it is, but all that beauty just makes me smile. Buy yourself some, too!
