Well I did a protein CD yesterday but cheated some So I will take the .4 My LDW was 256.6 Today I am taking it easy. I am eating as little as possible with a slice of toast with butter for breakfast(I know should have been protein,but I did an egg day the day before and wanted something different

Probably no lunch maybe an apple. Supper will be protein and veggie with a GY & strawberriy smoothie for a TV time snack

We bought some Woodstock 9 grain bread in Branson and it is the most delicious bread for toast I have ever eaten. I am proud of myself actually,
I have only had 2 pieces since we've been home and that's been over a week now!

I did not maintain well this round (my first) at all. I have done seven CD days since starting PH3.And I have one more week of PH4. But hopefully I am more informed and will do better next round. I also have RX HCg sop I will see for myself if there is a difference!

However THANK GOD and DR. S. for CD days!!! As knowing how these really work I will be able to keep it off once I get it off!

You should be proud of yourself! Was that the amish bread? I'd be face down in that stuff til it was gone, i'm sure!

WOW...chocolate? I think that would be too much like Ex-Lax...remember that stuff? I remember eating it all the time at G'ma & G'pa's house...oh boy! Oh, maybe I'm showing my true age with that one...LOL

Walmart near me only carries the original (licorice flavored).

I actually like the chocolate flavor! Haha. I think I'm weird with it too because everyone else always says to only drink a little bit or steep it a little bit cause it's strong..well dang, one time I needed two teabags steeped in one cup for 15 minutes to finally get it going the next morning!! KEEPIN IT REAL.

I am down 1.5 pounds today! And I'm back in the 140's! Yay!

How is everyone else doing? I'm going to be hitting the beach today with my SIL and our kids. Should be fun! I'll be taking my food with me.

I am having such a hard time this round! I am not cheating on non protocol food but eating too much fruit!
I am losing very slow, this is day 5 and I am down 2lbs with 8 more to go. I know I CAN do it if I stick to the plan!

Vanna - Congrats on the loss! Yeah! Have fun at the beach!

Agentventi - Are you getting in enough water? You said you have 8 to go - is that to your final goal? I've heard the last pounds are a real pain to get off, could that be why?

Gibby - Same question for you - are you getting in enough water? Is it head hunger or tummy hunger? How did your loading days go?

I was down today, YAY! Still have a ways to go but I was happy with what I saw this morning. Food today - apple, shrimp/cucumber, apple, chicken/celery. LOTS of water and decaf green tea.

WHOA that is powerful hungry friend I was hungry the entire time I was on PH2.That is why some frineds suggested I go to RX HCG,SO beginning Monday I am going back to PH2 with RX HCG we will see if there is a difference. Of course last time I up chucked both load days. So that presents a problem for hunger to begin with Try upping your veggies a bit see if that helps and your water.... drink a glass before you eat at each meal and one after.Also in between of course.

I found out the name of our Drs. diet plan.... it is Opti Fast?

Well I was up 1.4 today.It is so dog gone aggravating If I don't do a CD every other day at the least I would be right back where I started. I really don't get it. I have only had about three slices of bread the entire time since starting Ph3 and only one or two fuits a day.Usually only one which is an apple or strawberries. I had popcorn one evening but no gain the next day

Well I will be on PH2 again Monday. I load Sat & Sun so Monday will be my 1st VLCD again with RXHCGWe were going to Wichita July 17th but DH had to change plans becasue of his job so we are now planning on going July 13th. So I will do a PH2 until then call it an interuption and go back to VLCD and the RX HCG on July 13th and continue for the full 40 days!!

I have decided to do PH3 then back to Ph2 from here on out.I just have to much weight to loose. I know that is not Dr. Simeons protocol but I want this off!!

You are doing so well I proud of you!!!Has your DH heard about the job interview again yet? I know that has to be very hard. It is sad so many in today society are in that same boat.

I am so thankful we are retired yet it is scary thinking we live on government money too.That could be taken away at any time then what would we do? Only God knows. But I know who holds my tomorrows.... so I really am not all that worried. You KUTGW

@Berta, the government may consider that money "government" money but it's not. If you paid into social security, it's yours. You and your former employers paid into it. It was supposed to be kept separate. If the government borrowed from it to pay other cr@p that's their problem. 'Nuff said. /rantoff

ONTO OTHER NEWS - I'm down another bit.... I actually was up in calories yesterday, it was like a day and a half, really, by the time I got up so dang early, when I calculated I had an extra 60 calories, all protein. It was either that or go to bed sick hungry, and I already had a headache from h3ll. I have an appt with the doc today to put my head back on straight LOL.... the cranial plates in my head actually shift and my axis shifts so literally my head is slightly off to one side of the top of my neck ha ha ha ha ha!!!!

OH and I agree about the water. I am so bad about this - yesterday I only had like 3 glasses of water. I really have to push it today. It's a bad habit of mine. It's like once I don't drink very much in the morning and I have my coffee then I don't keep drinking water throughout the day. I dunno why. I guess I should start setting alarms on my phone to make me remember. It really does make a difference, both on P2 and on maintenance.

That is true but seems they can do whatever they please nowadays. MyDH is retired from the Military and on SS and I am on SS but if they decide to end it they can end it.What could we do about it? Nothing!But I don't think it will come to that.Hope not anyway.

I drink 1/2 gallon a day plus my decaff tea and coffee.But I think I am supposed to have more but I don't see how I could choke anymore down!

Water is always a challenge. My load days were WONDERFUL!!! And, when your tummy growls, I think it's real hunger.

But, I do understand head hunger....that one is horrible.

I love water!!!!!
I drink a cup once I get up, and before I go to bed.....that's 2.
I have a 16 oz. with me in the car on my way to start the day.....that's another 2.
I drink two with each meal...BRK, LUN, DIN that's 6 more. And there you go. The minimum amount each day.
I also have coffee or green tea for BRK and iced green tea when I leave Campus.
I put two stevia in the raw in my Americano and one in my iced green tea.

So I spent the whole day at the beach yesterday, slathering on sunscreen like crazy, fearing that it would interfere with my weight loss, but not wanting to become a lobster!

And I'm down 1.5 pounds this morning! Woohoo!

So in my first three VLCD's, I'm down 5 pounds and back to where I left off in round 1. The cool thing is, some of my measurements are lower than where I left off in round 1. Very happy!

Hope everyone has a great weekend! What is everyone doing for Father's Day?

We are going to Panera Bread. If you order their Caesar Salad without cheese, croutons, and dressing (and bring your own dressing), it is legal for HCG. Learned that trick from my sister. And you can get the apple instead of the bread. It's perfect! And tasty!!
