Well, I got my pedi already this week, so I think I'll order an LV to make me feel better!
Cabbage bloats me...can't eat it. Also, I have portion control issues because it's so good.

Good luck to you in your HCG journey! I sure enjoyed my first round but had to cut it short. Glad to be back to P2!

I have found for me. I do better with the bread and sweets than I do with the high fatty itemsBy sweets I mean SF jello or egg custardHave decided not to do my Drs. diet plan it's just way to expensive. And I have went ahead and orderd my RX HCG. 14 vials.2vials per round So that should do me until all this blubber is gone

SO I am ready for PH2 again when it is time If it gets here real soon I may just do another short round of Ph2 before going to Wichita in Juy
Yay! Glad you'll be back on P2 too! So glad to have everyone on this board to do HCG with. It makes it so much easier and way more fun!

Yay P2 buddy! I cannot WAIT to get back to where I was before loading and my camping weekend gain. I want to get down to my goal and be DONE with losing mode and get into maintain mode.

VLCD1 is tomorrow - going to have chicken, celery, apple*2, shrimp and cucumber. I'm going to skip the melba for now and add in later I think. LOTS of water and decaf green tea.

Well I have made a huge change in my attitude since watching Robin's videos and I'm currently reading Weightloss Apocolypse. Awesome stuff! I have been in the correct mindset before and somehow I have lost it so I am anxious to get it back. This is helping immensely!

I was looking forward to ending this round next Tuesday but I realized I am very much food focused (I already wrote a list of what I want to eat on P3 and P4) so I know I'm not there mentally. I put away the scale and instead of focussing on fat loss, going to focus on how much I use food for emotion/social/entertainment/comfort.

I'm looking forward to getting back to where I used to be but also afraid to "lose" a healthy relationship with food once I acheive it again. I'm also a little afraid to use her hunger scale. I think my hunger indicator is broken and also have had it beaten into me it's best to eat every three hours to keep metabolism high.

But I will do this, because what I have done sure isn't working!

Do you guys mind if I join you? I lost 33 pounds on my first HCG round a year ago and have been unsuccessful in both keeping it off and also in sticking to any additional rounds. I just started a round on Monday and have cheated both Monday and Tuesday, but thankfully have still lost about 3.5 pounds.

I am hoping that if I have a place to be accountable, it will help me stick to it. I've continued to lurk on these forums and have decided that the best way for me to go in between rounds is JUDDD. I have been rogue in the past, but would like to do this right this time. This is going to be my final attempt at HCG, so hoping joining a thread will help me to be successful.

Today is VLCD3 and my menu is:

B: coffee w/ 2 T FF H&H
L: 4 oz Laura's ground beef w/ 1/2 can Rotel over 1 cup shredded romaine
S: 1/2 apple
D: 4 oz chicken breast w/ 2 cups of spinach
S: 1/2 apple if needed

Hope you all see whooshies today!

Welcome Corey! This group is great and has really helped me stay accountable!

What brand of HCG are you using? What kinds of foods are causing you to cheat?

Thanks Vanna! I'm using Intermountain pellets which I love. I'm not hungry at all but I'm home all day, and it was my husband's bday this past weekend so lots of stuff in the house. There hasn't been a particular food and it's not that I'm hungry. It's ridiculous! Yesterday I had a sliver of chocolate cake and some cheese and crackers.

I'm using the Intermountain pellets too. They're great!

So, is your cheating from boredom eating? I can relate to that. Boredom eating and stress eating were what packed on the pounds for me. For me, I have to keep sweets out of site and just keep myself busy. If I'm reading a book, or cleaning, or working on the computer, I can't eat stuff I'm not supposed to.

Yes, I think it is boredom eating with a touch of rebel thrown in. Just eating it because "I can't." I am studying for an exam and when I take a break and go downstairs in the afternoon, that's when it happens. I think though if I have some buddies that I report to on a daily basis, it will help tremendously.

Down another 1lb today! That makes 12.8lbs in 2 weeks. I spent about an hour and a half yesterday working hard in the garage (cleaning it out, hauling stuff around, etc) and wasn't sure if that would affect my loss. Guess not.

to all of our new posters! This is a great thread with lots of encouragement and support.

No loss or gain today, which is fine. R!VLCD10 and I've lost 6.4 pounds. I lost more than that my very first hcg round, but I'm not complaining. I'm still averaging more than the .5 pounds Dr S says is normal.

Here's today's eats:

B-black coffee with sweetner
S-apple
L-3 oz grilled chicken breast, cucumber, 1 melba toast
S-strawberries
D-turkey burger wraps with tomato and mustard

Trying hard to get my water in.

Welcome newbies! I'm up .2 today.. Ugh! I am almost done with this round of P2. Not sure my drops will last thru the weekend. I'm ready for a small break!

I went to my moms last night, temptation was EVERYWHERE! I ate 2 tbs of guacamole. Maybe that's why I'm up.

GRRRR...hate stalls...

Hello all~

I have been playing with the same 1 pound for 8 days now...still lower by .4, so not "technically" a stall

This is actually the first week that I have NOT had a 2-3 lb. loss since on protocol...so it's really bothering me.

I'm pretty sure it's just my body catching up. I checked my inches & there isn't much change....-1/2" in 2 sections...otherwise no change.

I'm gonna add my melba/grissini today, along with the 2nd fruit...which I have not been eating.

On another note...lately I have had some hunger (just a few twinges) a few minutes after taking my HHCG drops...then it disappears...NO hunger at all. Anyone know what this means?

Have a great day!!!

Good morning ladies!

I'm happy to report that I am down 2 pounds this morning! I am so looking forward to putting the 150's behind me for good! I fully intend to do a full 40 days this time and I'm hoping to be down 20 pounds. So, 2 pounds down, 18 to go!

Questions.
1. Is it ok to eat chicken for lunch two days in a row?
2. Has anyone done a Salt Water Flush to you know......clean the system out? I'm thinking about doing one on Sunday.

Congrats Tiffany and Vanna!

@Desma chicken every day is fine

I've read about the salt water flush. I always thought it would just make me sick and make me gain a ton of water retention. Can you take a good dose of magnesium instead? Or drink some poo tea?

Also, an Apple day really did the job for me last round. And I eat chicken every day for lunch.
