Thanks for the encouragement. You're right I shouldn't compare from last round. On avg it is not bad I just hope I don't have another 1.6 week. I have one week to go and would like to release 3-4.

Yes most days I'm getting a gallon of water in. It is definitely an effort some days.

Happy Birthday Desma! Stay strong, you will not regret it! However if you cave you could be paying for it for a few days and feel pretty guilty about it too! You CAN do this!

Thank you! I think I'll just stick to protocol and stay away from the scale for a few days....to keep me going.

Hi Ladies,

After my first load day, I'm down a half-pound. But I expected it. I had gained 3 pounds over the weekend on the other side of the state for my niece's wedding, so I figured some of that would come off naturally.

My HCG is definitely working. I felt so full all day yesterday. I kept telling myself I should be eating more fat, but just couldn't. I think I did get quite a bit in though. Today I'll be focusing on it even more.

Desma, what's an LV? How did the rest of your birthday go?

LOL! Love the PMA! That's the way to be on this diet! You just know that everyday your body is changing for the better!

Also, did you start in May or June? Your signature says May, but maybe it's a typo? Either way, you're doing great!!

Down another .8 pounds this morning. Wasn't as hungry yesterday, so that's good. Looking forward to a great day.

Mornin' Ladies!

I'm up a hair bit today.. Just a little.

I'm getting very close to running out of drops, and quite honestly I'm starting to panic about p3. I have no idea why! I was so excited about it, but as it gets closer, I'm askeered!

I'm watching Robins videos and I am confused. If I'm hearing her right, she says it's ok to lose weight on P3. Simeons protocol says no.

I'm going to do my 3 weeks of P3 and jump right back into another round. It's safe in there!

It's my understanding that P3 is all about stabilization so we aren't supposed to gain on it.

LV is Louis Vuitton. I'm somewhat of an addict. I had a pretty miserable birthday, but it's over now and I'm on to a more positive attitude! Thanks for asking!

You are right and PH3 & 4 are the hardest IMO. If you don't add anything other than PH2 foods just more of it I think it would work best. But I can't or just don't want to I guess I think different meat would be ok. It's the other things like bread etc.

I have found for me. I do better with the bread and sweets than I do with the high fatty itemsBy sweets I mean SF jello or egg custardHave decided not to do my Drs. diet plan it's just way to expensive. And I have went ahead and orderd my RX HCG. 14 vials.2vials per round So that should do me until all this blubber is gone

SO I am ready for PH2 again when it is time If it gets here real soon I may just do another short round of Ph2 before going to Wichita in Juy

Haven't tried Grisinni bread sticks. I have the wheat melbas. OWL says I can have Akmak crackers, which I love. I may switch.

Walden Farms it's zero carb, calories and fat. Netrtion sells it. The BBQ sauce is wonderuful as is the Miracle Mayonnaise, the Rasberry Vinegrette dressing is wonderful too IMO. I still use it and I am on PH4

I've thrown out several containers of things also. Our HyVee sells it here so that helps me with shipping costs.

Hello! I was the same yesterday but that always happens when I don't get enough sleep. I had only gotten 5 hours of sleep the night before. Last night I got 8 hours of sleep and released 1.4lbs today! Woohoo! That makes 11.8lbs in 13 days. I am losing much faster this time. Could this be because I've lost it before? I dunno if that even makes sense. When I did hCG before, I was at my highest weight and had never lost weight from that weight before. asfI lost fairly slowly on hcg. This time I'm losing a lot faster this time.

I got in on a deal with WF a while back and have tons of their products. I use them in P2 and always have (since my first round).

Not actually protocol but many use it. I did & it didn't hurt me.It was not around when DR. S was alive so we don't really know if he would approve it or not.The same with Splenda.

If you try it don't order alot just oder it and see how you do.Everyone is so different

I'm wondering if there is something to that? Can not enough sleep keep you from losing?

I Know exactly what you mean. I have done rounds where the pounds just fly off. And I too think that the reason was because I have lost those pounds before and my body wants to rid them as much as I Good for you!!!
