anyone working out on P2?
I am trying to figure out what I should do. I have been lifting weights 4-5x's a week and doing cardio. Not sure if I will just do the cardio, try to do 30 day shred or trying to do some light weights in there..... I know I want to do something just not sure what.
I will increase my cals on the day I work out. I will prob go up to 700 cals those days adding some egg whites and extra veggies. |

Sleepy- what does your typical daily menu look like? I am also doing 800 too, today is day 1. Thanks

Way too much time on my hands!
|
B~ protein shake-4 oz cottage cheese, handful spinach, 6 strawberries, water,lil cocoa powder lil splenda
Sn~ apple L~ 4 oz chicken breast, 1/2 bag salad, tomatoes, cukes, 2 tbsp bolthouse yogurt dressing, roasted broccoli or green beans D~ 4 oz beef, roasted broccoli or green beans |
