hhcg-r4 p3 d6
New to this forum and until I become a little more familiar with it's layout, I thought I would post quickly to get suggestions or encouragement or whatever to gain some emotional control over this stall and gain!!!!
I started with fusion hcg on November 1,2011. I started at 295, size 24 comfortable. My first round went well, losing 33 pounds. I did a short 3 week stabilization losing another 3 pounds before starting another round. Without getting into too many details, as of 6 days ago I had lost a total of 104 pounds and fitting comfortably into a size 12. This stabilization round has not been as kind to me as the previous. I have gained up to 6 pounds and have had to Do a steak day (No results) and an apple day (2.9 pound lose). This morning I am up 2.1 pounds from last drop weigh in. Should I go back on the drops and treat this week off of the drops as a planned interruption or Do another steak or apple day (yuck) or tread on and chill out???? I have another 15-30 pounds to loose. My goal was 175 but I have been trying to focus more on fitting a size 8. I did not wait the 72hours from last drops to start eating for p3 nor am I taking the supplements (lcarantine, probiotics, potassium and pre digestive enzymes) that I took on the last stabilization/maintenance rounds i am considering trying the prescription hcg since finding the drops are nearly impossible...any thoughts? |

I ask this of everyone who asks for advise----What do you feel like doing? Are you ready for doing another round of hcg with the 500 calories? Or would you rather work your way back down on your own? Dr Simeons' says that a few days of dieting can get you back on track, so if the Correction days are no longer working I would resort to that. You can still find the homeopathic hcg if you lost with those, I think Fusion is found in the stores? And it has no hcg? I don't use that one so I am unfamiliar with it.
Again, I end this with ""What are you willing or ready to do to get back down ?" Only you can answer that not us!!

The low calorie is really not that big a deal...but finding the drops seem to be an issue. When the hcg fusion was removed from the market I bought 2 bottles and then also bought another kind. Wellgenix is the new brand but it has alcohol in it....anyone have any input on this brand?
If I am able to find a recommended brand of hhcg, I don't need to Do the loading days, correct? The hardest part of the low calorie is the boredom with the food choices. |

If your round was less than 14 days ago, then you don't need to load. If it has been more than 14 days since your last P2 day you DO need to load. I have not heard of that brand Wellgenix. I agree---P2 is boooooring!!! I am so into P3!!!

Congrats on your weight loss! If you haven't a desire to continue on, you may want to check out JUDDD. JUDDD - Low Carb Friends
Lots of hcg'ers are transitioning well to JUDDD and continue to lose. Also, Netrition may still have the Intermountain pellets. They will be sold out because they are not selling any more. |

Yay! Dawn! that is wonderful!!!
![]() It is very hard for me to leave JUDDD and believe me, all of my family & good friends have been jumping on the Hcg train, which entices me to want to give it one more try. I love that I can have my glass of pinot grigio or noir and if you really want, even on a DD! I lost very well the first month on JUDDD and now that I am into it more, a bit slower. I raised my DD, to 35% 700 and lowered my UD so that I can still have fun with fam or friends. It works just as well.

I posted in the JUDDD thread for newbies that my DH was thrilled when I was able to go out to any kind of restaurant. Before it had to be a certain kind of restaurant because I was either low carb or in P2. It really kind of ruined his fun. When we went out on a date night I was eating all sorts of goodies--even the dessert that came with our buffet!! It was fabulous because I was down a full pound the very next day. I was shocked as was DH. He kept asking me the whole time at the restaurant "Can you eat that? Are you sure you can eat that?" How freeing it was.
Sorry for the threadjack. |
