Fat Fast on P4
Anyone tried a FF on P4? CD's are not working for me, even though I am pretty stable, just over 3 pounds so I have no idea how to get back down since CD's are not working!
Going to try at the suggestion of Cmarie a real Simeon's steak day with tomato as chicken, multi, egg days dont work. Have a GY day or egg and burger day left to try... Open to suggestions, have no idea what is going on with me :confused::doh: |
My guess is that a fat fast day or three would fix the problem -- it's worth a try! A lot of people stabilize a few lbs above ldw, unfortunately -- but if you are stable, that is a victory in itself.
Those last few lbs are a real bear to get and keep off... I am fighting with mine (again!) right now! |
I'm only 5 feet so these three pounds mean my pants are tighter, not cool!! At 135 I feel my best, would love to get to that again...it seems I'll have to do another round to lose 10 pounds and stabilize in P4 at 135 being my highest...ugh...so another round to lose 5 pounds lol, ack!
I'm gonna add exercise tomorrow and just try to avoid the 140's...sigh' It's never been a struggle for me so now I'm at a loss... |
Today is my first FF day. I have had cream cheese, chicarrone, bacon, egg with mayo and tuna with mayo, whipped cream. I sipped on a sugar free ice coffee thru the day at work and that helped tremendously. oh and I had some macadamia nuts too.

Sunny--what size are you at that weight? I am that weight currently and 3 inches (4 on some days LOL) taller than you and want to get lower. Just curious....because I am doing my darndest to be smaller than you.

I'm a size 7/8 in petites but can wear sometimes a 5/6 in regular women as petites are always an inch smaller in the waist.

Adeline you can be the guinea pig lol! I might try it but I really need to add carbs sometime next week otherwise I won't be able to eat much on vacay (the 23) I don't plan on going nuts but I will hav a beignet and some Nola pastries :)

Gotcha ;) Good luck!! I have done high fat days on P4 and lost with them. I think you will do well!! I remember for lunch on one of those days I had 8 oz of crab meat with 4 TBL of butter. Oooh, talk about yumalicious :yummy: Loved it!!
